As one of few producers of this music in Norway, this is a rare sight. PhasePhour aka Eldar von Essen and John Robert Egeland have released two 12inches on Freetransform earlier and are now ready to show you that they can do it full lenght. This album gives the listener a joyful and varied travel through the true diversity of psychedelic trance. They blend different styles together with bangin beats and playful fx, but still manages to put some melody to surf on in there. The tracks does not surf the same wave all the way though, you get all from soft groovy melodic parts in "Physical Blues" to the heavy and trailblazing remix of the first 12inch, "10 to go", now in the the guise of "Still 10 to go" to the totally insane track "Zyk" towards the end. There was a guy in Cape Town where I'm from who stated releasing hard trance (which is a rarity there too). He called himself Phase4. Wierd. I know it's spelled differently but still.
