mars Posted October 29, 2003 Share Posted October 29, 2003 Hello I will upgrade the psynews-basement server tonight or tomorrow. My beloved old P2-400 192Ram from 1998 must be retired now. I'l give it to a friend of mine who will set up his own linux webserver box. The server will be replaced by my current machine, an unbreakable 2-years-old Athlon 1400 Mhz, 512Ram. It will be enough to serve anything. All softwares will be replaced by their latest version (apache, mysql, php) and the OS will still be the-custommized-WinXP-Pro-of-mine-even-Blaster-couldn't-shutdown You know all, so prepare for a dead link for a few hours.
