You go to "My Controls" and then on the right side, you will see, Compose new Message. Once you have clicked on that you can fill in a member name, a subject and of course what you want to write. The other way of doing it, is to search the members of the forum for the member you want to PM, and you click on his profile. Once you are there, you will see a little link where it says Send a Personal Message to this button.
