Review:

This comp is compiled by DJ Shane Gobi, and contains 9 unreleased real

powerfull psychedelic full on tracks. I like this one very much, many tracks

from some new and not so established artists. Electrum is a constructed

journey into the heart of the worlds underground trance scene. Best track is

probably Miraculix - Energise or Neuromotor - Chaotic Systematic...hard to

chose =) I think the album is worth an 8/10. Enjoy!!!

to the reprograming of your minds.Ah ho.........HERE COMES TROUBLE!!!!!!!

banging..twisted..funky..freakout..I think we all agree that Miraculix -

'energise' is THE track on this one, but it's always nice to get one of those

LP's where EVERY track is SHIT HOT..! No COMPLAINTS....now I'm waiting for the

next ALCHEMY release

A new young label based in England and ran by DJ Shane Gobi from South Africa.

Good vibes here, and mostly good full on morning sounds.

Bent sentinent, a first South African group I hear with a great driving morning

tune full of uplifting power. I want more from them. Mumbo Jumbo with a nice

psychedelic yet clubby tune, nice grooves and an hysteric finish. Still, not

the best of the duo. We also have a new discovery here- Miraculix with two

full on energetic scratchy and melodic killers- Energise (T3) & Blow Your Mind

(T. I haven't connected to this kind of music for a long long time, and it's

nice for me that it happens again. This is a name I'm gonna follow. I

understand there's a full length expected in Alchemy soon, he just has to work

on the sound. We have Neuromotor with a sample from his crazy chaotic trance,

just as the name suggests, he delivers the goods. A.F.R.O.E. with a mash of

blips and scratches that somehow doesn't melt into something complete. Then

Sinister Funk, here Ofer with Bansi, with a nice track, great scratching

sounds that really do it to me but the build is not overwhelming. Deviant

Species with their amazing Carrier, a fast powerful track with a happy driving

bounce, toyish sounds, and a totally psychedelic atmosphere. Dark Soho finish

the story and deliver a scary massive track with great rhythm games and the

expected scary gothic feel.

Bottom Line: Good dancing material, the right amount of power, and a nice start

for a new label. They just released their second release, I'll look it up.

Favorites: 1, 3, 7, 8, 9.

Guys this one of the best compilation ever released. Great underground tunes

now available on CD!!!!! Every track here is awesome. Here are my favorites:

(t3) this was the first track that I heard from Miraculix. Great nighttime

tune but only for outdoor parties. It has one interesting sample before the

track start to punch your brain: "Here comes trouble" (t4) Quite good track

from Neuromotor. Also very energetic hard full on track. (t5) Best track here.

Woow what a track. Who is standing behind this project? I want more. After

hearing this track, my DJ set starts with this track. (t7) best track from

their album. Brain killing nighttime tune. Just perfect. (t8) another great

track from these guys. And another track for out-door parties. Other tracks

are very good too. I give 10/10
