Hyper Frequencies - A Prayer / Running Time

Artist: Hyper Frequencies

Title: A Prayer / Running Time

Label: Turbo Trance

Date: 2001

Track listing:

01. A Prayer

02. Running Time

Review:

Second release for Turbo Trance (first was Neuromotor) and is very good. Hyper

F. had also released an album together with Neuromotor recently. So its a

similar style to Neuromotor > pumping full on tracks that rocks on a

dancefloor. Ok this is similar but not same as Neuromotor. I don't know who to

describe it but it think that this EP is not that complex as Neuromotor but is

quite good. Great ideas but not well composed. The tracks are quite long and

after some time I have feeling that they are little monotonous. Good work here

but with a little work more it could be better. I give 7.5/10.

Don't always compare Gill to Neuromotor. Those traxx were done independantly

and the two guys didn't know each other at all when Gill did Running Time.

Plastick Elephant = Hyper Frequencies + Neuromotor

Neuromotor = Fred Talaa

Hyper Frequencies = Gill Beraut.

As good as, but different.

info, "crazy lion's cult" is also an other fred & gill project, new and first

album this year.

and to me, this ep with running time and a prayer is just a great one : 8/10 !

The two are closed friends of mine, and I was at the master of "running time"

in Lyon. So I confirm what Cf said. Running was recorded before the

collaboration between these two french. These two guys are really fantastic.

But it Doesn't really matter, buy it, Running Time is awesome! 9,5/10

PS: Cheers my friends, don't forget my phone number!
