Vertikal is a new label from DJ Tomtron based in Bochum, Germany, with the goal to bring you the best in progressive and UK-trance. For our first release, we aim to show you the top-quality music we have in store for you. In the last 3+ years, André has established himself as one of the top producers in Switzerland for floor-rocking progressive dance music. With a style described as “progressive, intelligent, forward-thinking dance music”, he has seen a number of successful releases and remixes on many of the world’s top labels, including Vapour, Loöq, Release Grooves, Nascent, Ritmic, Feed Me, Colour of Sound, Sumsonic, as well as a slew of upcoming releases on leading progressive labels such as Baroque, Sinister Recordings, Feed Me , and newcomers VP Records . Whether it be solo or in his successful collaborative effort as Absolut & Blade , André’s productions have gained support from all of the top DJs in the business. On remix duties is German rising star Ryan Halifax. With a DJing career spanning nearly 15 years and several continents, Ryan is also developing an impressive production resum éwith releases appearing on well-known labels such as Spiral Trax, Tatsu, Plusquam, and Yellow Sunshine Explosion. His latest single, “Loopslave ”released on Earregular Recordings, was a huge hit worldwide, selling out its initial pressing within one week. Ryan was also half of the famous duo D-Nox & Sly Flynn, who have thrilled psychedelic trance dancefloors for years. With “Step Through * Original Mix ”, Andre gives a preview of what to expect from his forthcoming album on Vertikal, showcasing his trademark style of smooth, elegant progressive grooves. Lets check the tune - A-Side - Original mix is a very melodic assmoving airy track which can fit perfect later afternoon outdoor and a first hours in the club. The groove is smooth, the percussions nicey arranged and all elements sit together very harmonic, great !!! B-Side - Ryan Halifax remix dliver his known fat bassline and shaked up high hats that will take you ona dance wave, just let it happen, free your body !!
