Same things: great music, sound system, deco, psybabies and open air parties.

No, just to put that to rest. I share the opinion of many posting here when I say I'd rather choose my own music and make my own discoveries or go with the recommendations of a friend or someone else whom I trust.
I discovered A LOT of new artists listening to musicalstarstreams broadcast back in the days. Right now most of my discoveries are coming from websites (unfortunatelly).

as far as 'old-fashioned' broadcast radio goes its all garbage where im located other than the local NPR station and a student-run station at university ~50 miles from here (theyll play dnb and breakcore sometimes--sadly its a weak signal and i only hear it when im up that way). never, ever will i hear psy of any kind in ohio on broadcast radio, although i wouldnt be surprised if new infected tracks start appearing on the pop stations
Same here in Chicago

Used to listen to oem and somfm A LOT in the past .... now: hardly ever ...

Many parties I've been to recently have had no back room
After a few hours in the main room I really want to chill out somewhere cool with nice breaks or ambient or something.
Chillout room is responsible for 50% (at least) of success .
/me = chillout whore

HONESTLY???
THE SAMENESS (as someone mentioned)
There's little surprise when one knows what to expect. Sure it's all alot of fun but certain things lose their allure by the 100th time. Some innovation would be nice.
I miss those days when P2P did not exist and you could hear new tracks ONLY@parties ....
-
If you have the opportunity go and see them, they are still pretty good, worth just for the older stuff
Agree.
Seen them once here in Chicago and hoping to see them once again in 2008

A pity there's not much vinyl coming out anymore, everybody releasing on CDs...
Actually more and more stuff is available as digital release only :/

I went to a psy party in London, sat on the floor and rolled a joint. Only to have the weed confiscated by a security guard.
Thats why I dont like psy parties in London anymore.
I miss Theatre Factory@Tyssen St sooo much :/

But my biggest frustration is myself. I can't seem to just enjoy music anymore, I always hear bad mixes, cheesy tracks, lame buildups, notice bad soundsystems or bad setups, lame digital-fluoro-mandala decor, candy ravers. I'm getting a bit old, or something.
I think the longer you go to parties, the more critical you become, especially if you dj as well... it's a curse, I tell ya.
The drugtaking has been there since the beginning, and doesn't really bother me that much, but I admit I did get annoyed by all these E-tards for a while... but you get over it.
Word!
I guess we have a right to complain after partying for 10+ years

Flooting Grooves - Upsyde Downe [man, this sounds really nice! are there any more CDs like this one? ]
"Organika" by Peaking Goddess Collective

just a little bump for the remaining ones
when I get a chance to I will be posting a massive cd list as well, but that probably takes some time in order to dig through 600 of them and decide which ones to part from... am taking early requests though, in case anyone is looking for something specific. All cds are in good to great shape & they all got OPUL written on them with waterproof pen (can be erased though).
pls email/msg rather than posting in here, thx
Can you provide an updated list of vinyls you're selling please?

Well, I am moving to Poland with you when you go. Do they have a bridge from the United States that connects? ha ha ha ha. Kidding! I really don't want to have to ship all my important shit, like the music gear. DUDE your records will cost a billion to bring back, holy fuck!

Ther's one - Bering Strait
PS. One container filled with all my shit = $2,000. Not bad I think

I don't think it's as psychedelic as it once was, no.
