  1. yes it can, but just like drugs or any other influences we all experience growing up in this world it hard to determinate how big the influences is...

    exactly... ;)

I hear goa/psychedelic for almost 10 years but never felt much different in my personality or life...

drugs however, despite my very short experience with, have changed my life by much far ;)

  2. did anyone here ever had business with "Sualk" from discogs http://www.discogs.com/user/sualk

he contacted me via discogs on the 4th of october (for the first time), and asked about couple of cds, we've decided on a trade,

I've sent him the cds he wanted on the 16th and on the 17th of october he said that he just sent mine,

so far nothing arrived, and I've never heard from him since...

tried to email him, tried to msg him again on discogs, however no reply

did anyone had any experience with this guy?

  3. what? so thats it, releasing the old ones in mp3

and I was thinking of new experimental psychedelic music :(

I was hoping for that too...

    mp3 what a waste :-s

why not pre-ordered cds? ;) not into profit?! then sell cheap pre-ordered cds

and by pre-ordered I mean pay first, gather some pre-orders and only then print the cds

oh maybe it's a dumb idea

  4. What you mean? How can one disagree with questions?!

So, don't jump at me guys trying to crucify me for wanting to know the details.

I just thought that maybe it's Colin's business and the questions are too inquiring..

but anyway! he is here and can reply by himself so count me out of this debate please :)

perhaps someone will move this debate to off-topic section, ethically or not, it's kagdila's business and not ours, not on this section at least

  5. do you ever shut up? i mean seriously, go to private message. stop instigating your shit in everybody's thread, 4 REEL SRSLY K?!?!K!!THX!!!!

p.s. instead of questioning, maybe you should do some research on the oldskool not-labels, but distribution companies who not only fucked the labels but fucked the artists in the process of fucking the labels mr. always know it all artur. this was repeated behavior with psy labels [and many other non psy labels] and still carries the tradition onward even today.

sounds personal... I don't agree with his questions but I don't think your comment was appropriate.

either way, none of my biz, nor yours

    peace

  6. Darkpsy is not random noise. If it sounds that way to you then that is because you don't understand it.

Based on the CDs he has made recently, IMO he still does play the absolute best psy released. You're entitled to your own opinion on the kind of music he plays nowadays, but don't go round assuming that everyone who goes to see Gil play does so because of his personality cult, that's just insulting. Lots of people love the music he plays.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but so far it's you against two,

and I have to agree with pavel and slyman, his music sucks, darkpsy sucks!

I myself went to see him performing 3 years ago, just to see the legendary "Goa Gill" but certainty not for his music which sucked ass

  7. Hello there, recently been back in business after a long dry period.

would love to have your thoughts and comments

    :posford: (click the smiley)

this is a blend of couple of styles, starts with slow drumming, some hypnotic line and then the beat kicks in with old school psychedelic leads,

later changes back to slow drumming and then gets a little nuts to the end...

it's not finished yet, not properly mix nor EQed.

    thanks

  8. Well, I'm not spending all day browsing eBay auctions. I checked prices on discogs and decided 30EUR is a fair price. Besides, the auction hasn't ended yet, so we'll see how high it will go, OK?

The own/want ratio on Discogs shows an approx. of 5/1. Almost 250 members have it. The album has been released on 4 different labels. I recall hearing the CID-press was 25000 copies.

Discogs prices in many cases are very greedy, like just now.

don't want to let you down, but it's still available here for more or less 10euro...
