  1. great stuff K-ban, many thanks. good spot on first track. Know what you mean about track 2, but a minor search on psychaos and cydonia samples from web haven't given me hit yet....will keep searching though :)

P.S. See my edit about origin of tracks

  2. Hi all

Looking for ID on these 9 tracks. They are what I would call oldskool goa(ish) in style, although some may be verging on early psy-chill (EDIT..and some are quite obviously hard trance!). All are from 1995 mix by Mark Allen.

Any help with IDs, much appreciated

    Only 1 left to ID

EDIT Aug 07...... for some unknown reason putfile removed all of the samples below so the links don't work...sorry. If anyone really wants to hear any of these samples pm me and I'll mail the sample to you

  3. Hi, 2 old tracks for ID...

1st is relatively straightforward. A short clip, but I've got the most memorable part of the track

    http://media.putfile.com/M5-b6

2nd clip is a bit tricky, starts off with some middle eastern music for about 20 secs then goes into track. The tape its from had the tracklisting partially destroyed. All I know is that there are supposed to be two tracks within this sample and the 2nd one's title starts with "Re"....problem is that it sounds like a single (bloody long) track to me.

    Thanks

  4. FOR THOSE WHO STILL OWN A TAPE PLAYER ;)

Chaos Unlimited mix cassettes for sale/trade. These are like this (http://www.discogs.com/release/794993) but have either no tracklisting or only partial tracklistings. Purchased from Cyberdog stall in Camden Market during 1995/1996 and bloody wicked mixes (IMHO). DAT recordings so better than your average mix-tape (and they are official releases, NOT copies).

    Matsuri 1 - Tsuyoshi Suzuki - 1995

No tracklisting. ID'd several tracks on Discogs site, including:

Down Underground - DJ-Re-Do on Australian EP

Quadran - Free Your Mind ...I think

    Hallucinogen - LSD

Gamma Loop - Eclipse (Sun's Mix)

    Hexagone - Burning Trash Floor

The Ambush - Aton (Remixes) (Progressive Attack Mix)

    Matsuri 2 - Tsuyoshi Suzuki - 1995

No tracklisting and no ID on any tracks. Released in 1995, but as with Matsuri 1 is probably pre-1995 acid-trance/early goa.

    Matsuri 3 - Tsuyoshi Suzuki - 1995

The first one I bought and one of the best IMO. Has no tracklisting and, strangely, no catalogue number, but is definately an official release. ID'd tracks include:

    Infinity Project - Stimuli

    Union Jack - Cactus

Koxbox - Insect & Insect Bite (some sort of remix that I can't figure out)

    Matsuri 4 - Tsuyoshi Suzuki - 1995

No tracklisting, but this one's really dark. Only ID is Hallucinogen - Shamanix (which sounds like a remix)

    Matsuri 5 - Tsuyoshi Suzuki - 1995

    Has partial tracklisting, includes

    Quatermass - Kali

    Prana - Kiba

Virtual Obsession - Before Dawn off Trust In Trance

Baby Doc + Dentist - Tales off the Nascarpi

Prana - Message for Eastedge (Original & Trance Mixes)

Secret Intelligence - Yesterday's Tomorrow off The Fourth Terminal EP

    Synchro - Jensonic

Van Basten - King of the Death Posture

Rigid - Emphasis off State Of Mind

    Adrenalin Drum - Harddome

    Matsuri 6 - Tsuyoshi Suzuki - 1995

Has no tracklisting. ID'd tracks include:

    Psychaos - Intellect

    Etnica - Intense Visitation

    Digitalis - Repeater

    Brainforest - Mark Allen - 1995

No tracklisting and no ID on any tracks. Is more of a chilled out session. One of my favourite actually.

  5. Hello all

After ID on 4 tracks from a couple of 1995 mixes by Mark Allen

    1. http://media.putfile.com/1-AumA

    2. This one has a kind of electric guitar thing going on.... http://media.putfile.com/2-AumA

    3. There is a vocal sample in first minute or so, then track goes into sort of cheesy Turkish sound.... http://media.putfile.com/3-AumA

    4. This is a longer sample (4 mins), but can only be described as utter madness.... http://media.putfile.com/SH-B

  6. The 1st track is Etnica - Tribute.

I don't know the 2nd track, sounds a bit like Doof.

The 3rd track is Transwave - Adoration To The Aum.

    643617[/snapback]

Bloody hell....talk about not being with it. I actually have BR010 sitting about 2 yards away in my record box!

Anyway, thanks mno9091 for the IDs

Anyone any idea on the 'weeha' track?

  7. Hello all

Looking for an ID on 2 tracks that will probably be relatively straightforward:

    http://media.putfile.com/awe

    http://media.putfile.com/weeha

and another that may be a tad tricky...starts off all spacey, then goes industrial, then slides into psy-trance......btw, its a 6 minute sample and it takes 3 mins to get to the psy-trance bit....I'm assuming that its a single track ;)
