My favorite stuff is the older Koxbox/Hux Flux/IM/Sandman/X-Dream anyway - the pre-2002 releases mainly.... Older Autechre, Plaid, Jean Michael-Jarre too...

Then his new album 'Teo And Tea' is for you!Pure electronic stuff, great melodies and unique style from a true legend.Search for samples if you haven't done it already.Release date '26 March'.A cd that i'm going to buy for sure.

  2. I played all the cds I have infront of me and skimmed 2 4hr long goa sets I have. came up wih nothing. I've definately heard both a good amount of times. If I own any of those 2 songs it'd be number 2. sounds real familiar, love it also! goa like WoA!

    Thanks for your effort buddy!

It seems that these two tracks never became too "popular" back in 96-97!My first thought is that they are unreleased tracks from DAT cassetes, but then i remember Mark Allen played them from vinyl (promo?)

  3. I'm curious about Laughing Buddha (one of my favourite oldschool producers, didn't like some of his new tracks though),Transwave,Chi Ad,Logic Bomb,Astral Projection (hope dies last) and Goasia (i have heard some serious oldschool music from him).

  4. Well,i have to admit that i found the four tracks very interesting!A very mature work from Kris Elysium.Although he doesn't release music under that name anymore,i think this album will remind us some of his older releases, combined with some fresh ideas.Gongratulations to PKS and his label Chill Tribe also, because he has managed to gather some of the most respected artists out there (Blue Planet Corporation,Jaia,Elysium,Cosmosis,Kris Kylven and many more)

  5. Hmmm,i'm afraid i can't help you with this!I have 'Fusion' and it's a classic for sure.I haven't heard yet all the tracks from KURO,but i'm sure they will rock!Hard decision,we are talking maybe for the 2 best japanese albums (ok,together with Prana's Cyclone).Anyway,i vote for Ubar Tmar! :)

  6. I give 0,5/5 without second thought. This thing is not definetely 'psychedelic' but cheap club music for the masses. Some people chose to follow the trend and some others just waiting for the next real big thing.Few exceptions of great music can't really help the situation. And to be honest, after 2000 i can't find something interesting to hear from the most kinds of electronic music.Unfortunately we are living in the age of commercialisation and that's so clear in today's productions.Everybody want to taste the glory of being a dj or a producer.Easy access to technology and unprofessional labels are their friends.Too bad for the music.

Sometimes i really wonder, if after 10 years, people will spend 100,200 or 300 euros to find and buy something that has been released in 2006 let's say. Finally, only time will tell what it was really valuable (musically) and what not.
