Hello i finally got me a pro soundcard but i haven't get it working i know i can read the manual but i prefer a simple person to person recomendation, im kind of stucked with all the settings first of all i have a Dell optiplex pentium 4, 2.6ghz
512 mb ram and i use fl studio5 reason 2.5 and soon cubase sx i dont have a midi controler or any instrument to plug in the sound card i would like to know what should i set in the control panel of the card to get the best of it and in the fl studio audio settings i have many options for the soundcard (asio2,wav1/2,etc) wich one should i use

Sure, videogame music has come a long way, it's now a pretty good field to work in - they have awards for it too I think now!
As to the track... It's a nice piece of work! I especially like the orchestra sounds at around 1.20 - perhaps percussion could use a little more reverb/delay? Sounds kinda MIDI-ish - work on your effects. Nice use of a harpsichord(?) later on... I like the variation in this track.

well the sad reason of the midi-ish sounds is that im using the 16 bit audiocard that came with my computer and some old haedphones as monitors

i was a big fan of the legend of Zelda in NES and those melodys and magic worlds are a big inspiration to me nowadays Some people say i most make music for videogames i wonder if its well paid

That city was my bitter home for a long time
....its not so bad its an intresting place but i just escaped before something happens...., i mean that is a time bomb in many ways (water,crime,polution,earthquakes etc...)

hello i just bought myself an oxigen 49 and i can work fine with Reason and Live but in FL studio
i can only play one key of the controller for each instrument why? how do i fix that?
