In my opinion a girl doesn´t have to be able to cook these days. I am a good houseman myself and can cook several meals pretty well and manage the house. The girl definatly doesn´t have a too high opinion of herself, but the fact she can play piano speaks for her intelligence. I must print out some onotes of great goa trance songs that she can play on piano.

In this thread i want to ask why there are so few similar tracks to Hallucinogen - LSD. After listening to Astral Projection - LSD (remix) I just remembered how good the track is and how trippy and psychedelic it is. In my opinion it is a very energetic and beautiful track, the melodies are beautiful and to my definitions very emotional. II am wondering why there are so few tracks that are similar to Hallucinogen - LSD, even though the track is so good. there are a few tracks that are very similar, but those tracks are few and the rst of goa trance is not very similar to LSD. Almost no artist recreated the powerful, bright, springlike and energetic sound of LSD. the only tracks that in my opinion are really similar are Ayahuasca - New Moon, Phreaky - Paranormal Activity, Phreaky - Over the Moon, and probably remote relatives are tracks by Green Nuns of the Revolution, Oforia, Slinky wizard. how does it come that there are so few similar tracks to Hallucinogen - LSD?

By the way the girl can do many things like dancing ballet or playing piano. she stopped dancing because she did not liek it, she still plays piano though. I must look for notes of great goa trance songs so she can try goa trance tracks like LSD on the piano. if she likes the sound she may like goa trance and I could get her to know and like goa trance. The plan may fail however because it did with so many girls or people. She wouldn´t be the first person that I want to infect with goa trance, it may work however.

I just listened to Mugen and LSD. Mugen is a very nice track, but the sound is mroe trancey than goa trancey melodywise. LSD however is indeed, as Annoebis said, a perfect track that really makes you dance and feel the emotions of the original track. Finally an artist dared to remix that beautiful track, because it was high time we here cover versions of that legendary track. I llistened to a recording of the track from the party, Ithe recorded version will sound much better. I am looking forword the album to be released so we have new stuff from Astral projection to listen to. the Astral projection version of LSD is close to the original, however I would say the original is still a bit better than that version. In order the remix to be of the same level, it would require more acidic sound elements.

"Unbelievable Technology" doesn't seem any more complex or layered than the others. The reason I don't like it is that it lacks a signature or unique sound... it doesn't stand out, it's boring, it's just a bunch of sounds that don't really convey any emotions or anything interesting. Among thousands of downtempo tracks, I have no reason to listen to "Unbelievable Technology" when there are so many better ones.
I respect your opinin, but as I said, different people have different taste in music so it is not unusual that you don´t hear the things that I hear in certain tracks like Unbelievable Technology in this case. For me Unbelievable Technology is a special track because of the special atmosphere of the track. Other tracks by Astral Projection don´t have that mood. you don´t fanything special about that mood and therefore don´t like that track that much, but musically I think it is one of the more advanced tracks of Astral Projection.

Yes, you are right about that, but if I would lead an discussion with her, I would say that to her in her face. I don´t say anything about that girl that I would not say to her, I like that girl. I even think after talking longer with her she shows more majurity as I thought before, even though she likes comics and manga and similar stuff. She can express herself very well, without sounding arrogant, I like that. Today I was able to talk with her about many (casual) things in class, sitting with that other girl aswell, it was a good conversation.
Anyway Tatsu, I hope you did not misunderstand me, I care about opinions from other people when they really have something to say, but I can see easily who wants to say something bad to mock or provocate me, and I don´t care about such opinions. For more than a year Richpa looks for an oportunity to say something bad to me, because he obviously has something against me. It is a shame that he can´t put that aside after such a long time. Maybe it is not perfectly right what I am doing, talking about a girl in a public forum, but ito me this forum is more than any ordinary forum since I am registered here for such a long time that I think, the people who are here don´t see the other people as strangers. When you reply to my threads, do you think I validate your post as a post from a stranger? I do not. Neither do I do that with other persons who I know from this forum. therefore I think it is fine to discuss more private things inthis forum because we know each other better than strangers.

If that is true for you, it doesn´t have to be true for other people since taste is different you know. Technically speaking it is a very good track since it is rich in sound and contains many layers and complexe melodies. A more complex downtempo track by Astral projection is 12.000 sounds. The tracks you mentioned are musically not as advanced as unbelievable technology or 12.000 suns. They are more melodic however and that may be something you like in their tracks.

The opinion of you two is not of much importance to me. I did not say anything bad about the girl and I would not say anything if someone on the internet uploads a picture of me on the internet, if it isn´t anything bad. I did not say anything about the girl.

Sometimes being with people casues more problems than benefits to a person. Today I did not get one step closer to that girl and we did not exchange one word, unfortunately. The only thing that happened was that some boy from another course told me that I am staring at her, that some people told him that and that if I continue, I would get real problems. Ofcoruse I am not afraid, but I am wondering where he gets the information, since he said that I am doing it in class, someone from class must be doing it. He said that it is not the girl. Next time he says such a thing, he will get in serious trouble, he is not with her and she is not his property. The girl however really is a bit strange, she doesnt´interact with people as much as the other people do and that makes the situation even more difficult for me to get in touch with her.
In general there are some people that are getting really on my nerves and if that continues, they will have serious trouble, because some people really have the attitude that someone who is new must be mocked. I am someone who is friendly to anyone and tries to communicate with anyone, I don´t even understand how people can have the attitude to just randomly start mocking someone who is new or different. We will see how it continues, the situation may improve, there are allready some people who I can talk with very well.

I guess we have a very different idea of what is ambient. I do not see anything ambient in their downtempo. It's downtempo at best. Personally to me it sound like their dancefloor tunes taken down in tempo. Not my cup of tea really and far from being masterpieces. I consider their downtempo very weak to be honest compared to so many really amazing artists out there.

That is absolutely not true. you just have a different opinion than me and you like different thigns in music than I do. For example I like the act Lunar Sound, it ihas very good downtempo break tracks with great electronic sounds and nice melodies. When I talked about that album here in the forum, not a lot of people liked it, I do like it a lot however. I also like many other albums that are real downbeat like downbeat by Boris Blenn or stuff like bonce de gaya. In my opnion downbeat should sound active and atmospheric. That is the reason why I don´t like the ambient of The Infinity Project. I do like Shpongle however, because it is very active, however I prefer electronical downbeat. And by the way, it is not Astral Projection why I like the music, it is the music that I like and it happens to be Astral projection. Would it be a differnt artist, I would still love the music just like I like many other tracks that sound similar to Astral Projection.

The problem is that it is not that simple. The girl si not really behaving like a grown-up, but like something inbetween kind and gron-up. If I would talk with her the way you suggest it to me, I think she would not understand it properly. Her reasoning and interpreting of language like grown-ups is not fully developed I would say and she behaves a bit like a kid. It is clear however that for now she doesn´t pay too much attention to me, but treats me like any other person in my class, which in my opinion is ok. Yesterday for example when I stood up and walked across the room towards her, she said, why are you standing around and not working when it is working time, you don´t have a break right now. This shows her attitude towards work, which many people there share, while my attitude is a bit different. Do things well and fast, then have a break, than continue the job. That is what I can say about her right now, she doesn´t behave like a fully grown-up girl altough she is 19, I didn´t do it either, but my attitude towards work was the same even when I was 19.

you prefer ambient galaxy over unbelievable technology because you prefer the melodic side of Astral Projection over the chilly melancholic side. The track Unbelievable Technology has elements that not every person can see. The track sounds a bit herb or bitter to me like black tea left in the cup for a long time. It has something elegant and somehow expensive sounding in it´s sound, that is probably the chillfactor of this track. Another important thing of Unbelievable Technology is that it sounds like you are outside and when you listen to it, you feel like you are walking near a forest in a sunny winter day or a sunny autumn day. In my opinion Unbelievable technology has some elements in it that give the track an overwhelming atmosphere. The track itself doesn´t sound as happy as other tracks by Astral Projection. Instead, it has a melancholic touch in it that is unique to that track and triptomine dream.

Thanks for your response. you are right I amm an intense person, and if I do something with the girl I want to touch her at least, without it would be bad. Anyway, do you have a good or a bad opinion about me? I think itense people who have a charakter are better than casual people who don´t know what do say and what to think and just follow what others say. I am someone who is reasoning and I think that is important. I can talk with many different sorts of people and have a good conversation with them and I think, people in general should know better what they do and wath they like as they do. Anyway, it would be good if I could have something with the girl, altough I don´t need it very strongly. I have the desire to touch that girl though.

The problem is that if I start a direct approach and fail, I´d be risking having difficulties with her in class, because we are in something inbetween school and apprenticeship and we see each other every day for many hours. If I would blame myself saying her that she is great and I want her, I would be ashamed to look in her eyes if she says no. That is the reason why I want to trigger her to say something about it. I can do something to make her react and say, hey, is it just me or do you want something from me. then I could answer something like "I don´t know, tell me if I want something from you". With uch an approach I would be on the save side I think and wont risk having a situation like the one described above.

Inded it is not unless someone does it all the time, and she is doing it all the time. She plays games that look like comics, she watches comics, she reads books that are mangas, I don´t even know what that is, and much more stuff like that. I don´t really have something against it and would like to have a longer conversation with her, but for now I was not able to do that. She said to someone who started that course earlier, that she doesn´t want any boyfriend, the question is would she be able to resist if the right one for her comes? Also, am I the right one or not? Does someone have some tips on how to give her hints that I want something from her?

Can anyone else please post his opinion about Unelievable technology? I really think it is worth to commend this track, because it is one of the best ambient tracks that were ever produced.

If you want to imply by that that I behave like a kid, I think it is not working. To be serious I don´t know who show a more mature behaviour in this forum, you or me. You don´t know what I mean when I say someone behaves like a kid. What you think is behaving like a kid has ntohing to do with it aktually, because I don´t behav e like a kid. I have unusual views on certain things, but that doesn´t mean I behave like a kid. It rather means I am more mature and can look behind things and decide what is best for me without being afraid whether it will be cool for other people like you. For example if I say algaes or omega 3 is healthy, you may think that is behaving like a kid. Aktually yu wont hear any such thing by a kid or by people who don´t care about anything. I drink black tea, Gingko tea and eat many other healthy things. I choose my techical equipment very carefully and know what I buy. I can talk wit people about many scientifical or political topics and have interesting conversation with them. Excuse me, but that is not a behaviour of a kid, maybe yours is, since I don´t see you contribute often in topics like the ones I mentioned, so please spare my your ironic shit as I don´t care. If you think I behave like a kid, first look at your behaviour. If you want to make a joke, I am fine with that.

I just wanted to say that the internet works now and I can post here in this forum when I am at home in Stuttgart. I am writting now from Stuttgart. The bad thing is that the volume will only be 1 GB for this month, but next month it will be 5 GB. I changed it to 5 GB for next month. Let´s hope that I wont be able to download 1 Gb internet volume in 10 days, because it wont be much more than ten days til Christmas holidays begin. It will be about 13 days or so. I hope I will be able to cope with that, otherwise I will have to use slow intenrnet I think. The damn operator would not change the contract conditions this month, but will updaded them next month. LMaybe I have to call the operator and ask if it is possible to change the conditions this month. I also have to put some aliuminium foil around the usb stick, it is already outside the window. I am afraid of the radiation and want to minimise it so that I don´t recieve wlan radiation.
About the girl, I am seeing here every day, but I can´t get in a good conversation with her, only some words. I still don´t know if I want to get in touch with her because she behaves like a kid. She watches comics and likes stuff like amine and manga and similar things. This is nice sometimes, but not all the time, not in my opinion at least, it is a bit childish in my eyes.

This weekend was extremly bad. Really almost no posts at all. At least i will have internet from now on in my apartment and be able to post during the week. It is a shame that there was almost no activity here. it seems I have to look for another place where to discuss my opinion about music and interesting stuff from my life. this place was much more interesting over the last years than it is now.

I don´t think being passive is a good idea, because as it seems now she wouldn´t exchange a word if I am absolutely passive. There are more than 20 people in our group and the rooms we are are huge and she can be 20 meters way from me. I have to be active from time to time like I was when we sat at the heating and talked about various things for many minutes. It was really igreat. The other thing is that I feel that I want to touch her from time to time and it is great if she doesn´t move away very quickly, it means that she doesn´t mind it at least, which is a good sign, and by the way she is very thin, I don´t know how people here say she is not. In reality she is absolutely boney and it is visible in the pictures in my opinion.
One day I was in a room with three or four other people and she came inside the room without talking one word to anyone. The one guy was with his gf and one other girl and I were in the rooom. Maybe she wanted to see me, but maybe not. The difficult thing is that I don´t have strong enough feelings towards her and I want to have because I want to talk with her and know her better. I think if we would go together and she sees what I eat, she would eat it aswell and have more definition on her skin. there is food that makes the skin appearance and colour look stronger, for example corn or fruits and vegetables with strong colour. That way she would look perfect. When I think about it, I think that I will get to like her current appearance and like to have something going on with her.

The thing about her invinsibility is only meant visually, and by the way i am very attracted by her vision because she has a nice body, but she has a nice personality aswell. I got some information about her from one member of the class who is there for longer than me. He lives in the same apartment as I do and he says that at the beginning she told the people of the class that she doesn´t want a friend and as far as I remember never had one. The question is if that is still her attitude and if she can change it or not. I am wondering if I could change her attitude if I appear attractive to her,. The great thing what I could do now is touch her by accident, as if I am not looking at my way exactly and coliding with her, but I do it with care in order to not make her notice it was with porpuse. When we sit together I can touch her arm with my arm and she would not move her arm away too quickly. That are the things I did for now.

What´s going on in this forum again. Since yesterday afternoon almost nothing happened, maybe 5 6 posts, a few in my threads and a few in two or three other threads. Why is this forum again so inactive. I know some people prefer to go out at the weekend, but I go out during the week since I am away during the week and I have most time during the weekend. Next week I will have internet and therefore be able to post during the week aswell, but I am still wondering why this forum is so inactive again. I expected lots of replies in my new threads, but tI got only a few replies. At times this forum really seems to be a place where people can discuss various things and electronic music, but at times this forum is really empty. It seems this forum is not really suitable for comprehensive discussion about electronic music and various topics related about life and science. Can someone explain why that is?

I think it isn´t worth to post remixes of the track since that is not the topic of this thread. The topic of this thread is why so few artists produced tracks that are in the same style as LSD. Other styles of goa trance have been done other and other again, but somehow only a few artists dared to create similar sounding stuff as LSd. That is also the reason why Paranormal Activity by Phreaky has one of the best openings in whole goa trance history in my opinoin. After the first minutes it gets a bit chaotic and stressful though.
I hope someone will participate in this thread. I mean, doesn´t anyone wonder why there are only a few tracks like LSD out there?
