    Let's face it, as we speak, NHJO is developing the greatest music technology known to mankind

     

    We don't want to be out of this music revolution. That is why I'm proud to present my new project: Tekno Boom

     

    Inspired by NHJO music, we try to recreate the great landscapes and cracy acid lines of NHJO's music with our own personal sound

     

    This is a demo from our first track called Goa tekno Lead, a demo for Vertigo records, which I believe is investing on this new trype of music :)

    This is something I have been working this last week. I actually stop working on it now and got bored off

    It's really messy, and it is some kind of dark progressive trance.

    Sadly, yes

     

    This guy was running after amateur projects tracks like Carl Lewis on steroids running after an ex KKK member

     

    Which kind of ruined the idea, that was quite good.

    Overall, that album has some good tracks.... but some things are too much

    Alesis Andromeda, Virus C, Nord Lead, Korg Triton.

    Well, I think I've only briefly played the Nord Lead, but they're different animals. Well, the Virus and the Nord are both VAs, but the Andromeda is real analog, and the triton is a rompler/workstation synth. What do you want out of a synth?

    Yeah I was thinking that the Triton is out of question for now. I don't need a workstation :blink:

     

    And what I'm looking for a synth is flexbility, being able to create my own sounds with plenty of options and wave forms...I really don't know if I buy an analog feeling kind of synth like Andromeda or a digital alike ( Nord, Virus etc)

    but what I truly want, is that it sounds great :huh:

    I agree with the main idea of the topic

     

    We must split, forget about the old concepts of union

     

    I will pray to Lord Spirallianz to show us the path away from the druged kids and no brains

    Now Im in doubt.. Which one to choose Audiophile 192 or Audiophile 2496.. Now Im on the 192 side cause it has 2 big banana inputs and 2 outputs.. 2496 has cinch.. And my synth has big bananas so if I took 2496 which is cheaper I will have to use adaptor from banana to cinch.. And I have tons of cinch cables and not one big banana-both sided.. will I lose the quality on adapters? I mean cause of resistance.. If Im loosing to much on adapters its better to buy more expensive 192 right? I cant decide really..

    yeah we call it bananas here.. that 1/4 big jacks.. I think Ill go for the 192.. I already spent too much on synth so what the heck.. And its not actually about resistance, its more up to heavy adapter who always gets out somehow and u have to correct it till u get the stereo.. I had too much truble with that since I started to use them.. Avoid adaptors as much as u can, my recomendation.. Rather buy a cable 1 in/2 out or or 2 in/1 out and there is no noise, no click, no messing with the adaptor for half an hour till u get it right and then after u play one sound and accidantally hit the cable u start again..

    Anyways 192 is choice.. If I will have that much money, otherwise 2496..

    First of all, rezwalker, psychedelic is relative, it is individual and you can’t change that

     

    Stop focusing with Forest is psychedelic or not by comparing with your old school goa standards

    This is not, by the way, something unusual. There is always some goa freak that thinks that goa is the only psychedelic electronic music in existence

     

    The truth is that, people were having psychedelic experiences out of electronic music way before Goa started

    Psychedelic is not a formula, it’s a “feeling”…That’s why so many people have gone thru a techno party and had a psychedelic experience out of those repetitive mechanical noises, which is quite indulging as I see it

     

    So, Derango can be psychedelic, as many others.

    You don’t see it because you relate this feeling with a formulated equation of frequencies synthesized in a cheesy 303 synth and an eight arm elephant coming out of its ears

    That was a reference to the word innuendo, which is a plaintiff's interpretation in a libel suit of an allegedly libelous or slanderous material

    so the irony holds that now he uses nuendo as sequencer and his music got better...Got it now? :huh:
