  1. Went to some cool parties with these dudes around 98/99/2000 in Japan. Absolute carnage when they played, have never see a dance floor go totally mental quite like they did and I haven't seen any other artist do that since. They really suited the Japanese mentality at that time for psy trance.

Never dug their music when they left TIP around 2000 though but their catalogue from Chaos lab through to Growly family was pretty cool.

. RIP dude for the great times.

  2. Did some killer tracks at the beginning of their career. Two standouts for me were

Shadow of the beast (still to this day a melodic monster)

Psychedelic Pollution- (on the Flow comp Change).

    Any favorites from you ?

  3. Some of you must have been a round  awhile and probably now have kids. My daughters are now 15 and 13 and I have been playing psytrance with them since they were born. They detest it with a passion (even though I am playing every day somewhere -car, kitchen, lounge etc).

My daughter will always turn it off when she walks past and put on her Taylor Swift or whatever. I have tried to get her into chillout-Solar fields,, Sphongle, Abakus or whatever but no such luck.

I showed her the video of Melting Point at Ozora (fantastic video if you haven't seen it) and I said would you like to go and she said NO! I feel a bit deflated lol.

Do your kids like EDM or psytrance or chillout?

  4. Double Dragon - Continuum

The whole album is a masterpiece and I just can't get enough! :)

Yup, great CD. Used to see him play in Tokyo and became quite good friends with him. Haven't heard from him in years but yes great cd.

    please with cd recommendations.

Brian Eno's cd reflections is also very good. If you can also recommend some free CD downloads that would be even better.

    cheers

  6. I used to score my musshies from Conscious dreams in Ogikubo. Mad times back then.

Anyway some things not psy trance-war museum at yasikuni jinja was wicked, Meiji jingu and rocknroll dancers by HArjuku bridge was a standout

Dance of shiva is on this weekend if you can get there. I reckon that would be a standout party.
