  1. I jsut asked that, cause many people think like when they're on a regular party it's ok to pick up women but when it comes to psytrance parties they go there for music exclusively... i think it sucks, but i find it also very hard to talk with women with all that loud music....

    that doesnt suck at all.

your ultimate goal when visiting a psy-gathering should not be to "pick up" a woman.

at least not in my opinion ;)

even though i do think there can be found very interesting personalities at psyparties...

  2. Personally I think all this full-on stuff is just boring in most cases. Good psytrance can also be used chilling in your garden or whatever, but it's quite impossible with bom-bom-bom-bom-bom-trance like it seems to be so popular. what about gentle and/or  hypnotising melodies and grooves?

I heard a Kindzadza CD once...what is that? slider up&down-trance!

its matter of taste, my friend ;)

  3. Yes, we are proud! Maybe because Lost Eden isn't really an ambient album, don't know... And the third one will be again different, cause we want to enlarge the spectrum of our music. Will come the day when Asura won't figure anymore in the psy ambient cession, and will be feature in World electro music. Hope there'll still be guys for earing our music!  :D In all case, thanks a lot Cryon, for your confidence.

thats true, it isnt really 100% psy ambient.

btw: its cryion, not cryon :P

its a huge database containing pretty all artists, labels, trax that exist.

further it has a database for vocals which were used in psytrance songs.

very nice page, cubensis already gave u the link :)

  5. Right - and this under the name Elektron Wave.

From this project I only know the track "Chromatic Aberation", but this one is really calm ... good stuff, not epic synthy, but calm...

he released even an album, Chromatic Aberration seems to be the only ambient track. the rest is quite nice too, no new Ra though :(

  6. brilliant album for sure

and Ra released an ambient song not so long ago (a few months) on a compilation called Energetic if I remember... And what I've been told is that he is still making music, but only ambient... which is ok for me :) (altough some more D5 would please the whole world :))

good to know that he still exists. even though i would really appreciate some goa by him and not only ambient stuff :)

  7. Man you MUST hear his second "Observations On The Loss Of Culture" album. I like the first one (which you reviewed) but (at list IMO) the second one is much better. It's even deeper, hypnotic, emotional and more varied. The second CD is not even close to being outdated both idea and production-wise.

could u guys PLEASE stop increasing my hunger for the music of this artist? :P
