26 August.. So that's been more than two weeks now. I'll contact him in the end of next week if nothing has happened. So sad :/

Nope. No refund and no compensation yet...

He said he's sorry but his website has been a mess, and I won't receive the Astrix album. He told me he'd refund me the money and send me another album as a compensation. He hopes I will like it. Too bad about that :/

Haha! Well he wrote to me almost five weeks ago that it had been mailed and that I should expect it any day. That's what he said yes, but it might be he did not send it, yeah... :/

No what the hell is taking it so long!? In two days it's been five weeks. If I haven't got it by Friday I'm going to mail him.

Yay! About time I got back my money. They're back on my account again ^^. I'm very happy. I'm still waiting for the Astrix album though. I think it's been two weeks since he said it was under day. Damn... Perhaps it's being send by submarine...

Erh... No. He promised me he's working on it, and that I will have the refund. It's been a week or more now and I still haven't received the refund nor heard from him. At any rate I'd like to thank all you guys for supporting me. Was a great back-up when I thought I had lost all the money. So thank you all! You've all been a great help.

eer.... Well as for me I cancelled all business with Kremboshop, and thus requested to have rest of the money refunded. A week later or so he wrote to me he had received the cancellation, and that the mistaken charge had been sent to the card company. He said I should have them in a few days. He said he'd also take care of refunding the money from both Vibe Tribe albums. It's been four days since that mail, and I haven't received any money yet. So.... I've written him. Again.

He promised me I'd have back my money in 3-4 days. 4 days have passed and I've not seen the sight of them yet, nor has he mailed me back with an answer. So I've just written him that I don't wish to do further business with him, and that I'd like the total value of both Vibe Tribe albums refunded.

He's soooooo slow answering my mails... Since I've ordered both Vibe Tribe albums on ebay now I'm gonna cancel the order at kremboshop. I can either have the money refunded or buy something else. Considering to buy U-Recken - Deeper Into Man. Not really any kick ass, but I like the bass he's producing. Just need to wait for his lazy ass to reply, Gal.

I think maybe it has something to do with their bookkeeping. It's just not that easy to refund the money cause of the system they might be using. Just a thought though. It might as well be the last time I've done business there.

Will do . Especially now where I've heard from him again. He's informing me that the mistake regarding the second charge is being taken care of now, and I will see the money in 3-4 days. He writes that the Astrix album is on the way, but both Vibe Tribe albums were unfortunately out of stock. I told him sending them separately will only cost him more in carriage. Don't know if he chose to ignore that. It's bad business for him I guess, but good for me . He writes I'm welcome to buy two other albums instead of Vibe Tribe's, or having the money refunded, or wait for them to come. Vibe Tribe is my favourite psytrance artist, so I'm considering to wait for him to have them back at stock again. I haven't really been able to find the albums anywhere else for that prize. I'm going to mail him back and askl him how long it'd take for the Vibe Tribe albums to come.

Well it's Monday today. I'll give him this day and maybe tomorrow too to answer my mail, receiving albums and refunding the money ^^. So nope nothing yet.

Haha dude you're funny Well yeah. think about it. The site Is lagging proper information all over. In general it just shines of an unreliable shop, so having them in stock when I've paid is no guarantee. The albums I've ordered Is so god damn hard to find that I'm willing to wait almost as long as needed to receive the diamond babies. So I was kind of aware they probably did not have some of the albums ordered in stock. Thus meaning it's a sweet thought sending me the album(s) they have in stock - though almost every other company would have waited to send anything before they had all albums cause of saving freight

No I haven't been refunded the 58 dollars yet. I'll give him a few weeks for that. I'm going to mail him I've received one of the albums, and that he don't need to send them separately, but wait till he has gotten the rest and then send them all at once. The thought Is sweet though. He's sending me the albums they have in stock so I don't have to wait. I'm quite happy I received one of them, but it's not really any necessary. Better save money @ carriage/cargo. I only wanted 2 albums in the first place. Both Vibe Tribe albums, but cause of the low prices it'd be an advantage to buy a few more to save some carriage/freight or what the fuck it's called. So I ordered two more, and then it's quite funny he has send me one separately.

Okay there's some news. I got one album. I ordered 4 tho I don't understand why they don't send them all at once, as sending them separately will cost them only more in carriage?
