can't believe no one has mentioned but Cat On Mushroom - The fly that track is classic !! I also really liked the Intelligate / Small Moves single on SST quality psy trance

This cd is really good. Well it's twisted so Im kinda stating the obvious. Every track is quality. I would say I've enjoyed this comp more than the previous two more up there with Dementertainment. I heard half the tracks live at the Earthcore Carnival ( Younger Brother, Prometheus, Hallucinogen, Eat Static ) so listening to this is like a highlight reel of that party The production, sounds and mastering is generally mindbending. I'll try to do a proper review eventually but have listened 3-4 times so far. So need to digest a bit more before I can develop a proper opinion. But 1 big problem, the Prometheus tracks on my speakers just don't work. I have to put the bass eq down to about 1/3 like -20db !!! and it still distorts. Im really scared of blowing my speakers listening to the Tristan and Prometheus coz the bass is just horrible. Im not sure if the mastering of the solstice release is different but I can hope the international release will have fixed this issue. Anyone else have the same problems ?

I saw Dick Trevor down here last year. Even better was that James Munroe played as well. They did Stoop and Fidget live !! it was Flying Rhino goodness for sure, pretty sure it was a one off tho. Dick Trevor had some nice tunes on the recent Lucas Tip World Comp The Trickster project was with Tristan, quality tuneage. There was also a Gus Till album , "My body Is a Night Club" which was never released on FR. I saw it was finshed tho. and 2nd Brigade the recent Atmos album was one of the best prog releases last years. Amazing emotive groovy music, He played done here at Rainbow Serpant Festival just a couple of weeks ago. WOW ! can anyone tell me if Tropical Records (Munroe's label) has actually released anything ?

i'd say it's that expensive coz it's a japanese release. They didn't have Holographic Memory 3 tho which I ordered direct from Japan with Unsual Suspects and 48hr delivery makes the price worth it
