just wanted to know that you're not selling any Vinyl CopiesAs opposed to mp3s which aren't allowed to be sold here? Yeah, they're the original CDs. Which is why I list what releases they are. :3

okay, i agree on that onewith Koxbox it is easy to make an argument about how influential they've been and how their early work is definitely psychedelic.

all of you youngsters come with the same argument, that you went to raves when you were 11 and that you been into this blah blah blah blah blah, dude, you were not there, you were not even interrested in that music back then, I am sorry, but you just were not. I respect your love and interest in the music now, and I think you have a good view on it, but you just dont know jack shit about the past to be honest.
I KNEW you were 81/83, cause most people with your kind of comments are that age range.

and yes, my opinion is mostly made out of the illusionary quest of psytrancers NOW for their roots in other scenes BACK THEN
labelling the wrong things as being psytrance (cause it mostly was plain house back then)

Here is a serious contender for the title of earliest psytrance video... I've posted it a few times already but here it is again! Koxbox's Birdy/Pipfugl (1993):
if u call that psytrance, then orbital - lush is as serious as contender as that one

i do know some of that. have some sets by ekeaze and loved that stuff back when i was really into freetekno. but people say they go to a "acid party" even when you hear maybe 3 or 4 tracks with a 303 or even worse when they play (303-less) hardcore for the entire night.
yeah, the hardtek / hardcore in the scene is something i mostly dislike as well
though there are plenty of dj's who mix alot of acid(core) / acidtekno in their mixes
and artists who bring livesets with a lot of 303 in
but idd, it ain't truely acid, the most u can call it would be acidtekno or acidcore

thanks great link. IMO the computer animations actually DO come from 1993 (check out Svean Väth - The Beauty And The Beast from the same period, same quality graphics IMO and I KNOW that one dates from 1994 cause I saw it on TV at the time
). Such a shame that X-Dream doesn't make such great tunes today

just the content, cause the psychedelic trance in 1993 sounds more like oldschool techno / (acid)house / rave / whatever .. to me

i am not sure if this is really from 1993 but seems dated.. as far as i know is the oldest psytrance video so far.. but maybe i am wrong
some may even say is not really psytrance but well this was quite a precursor
