About video I'm not valid to answer about real VJ point but I guess too For me its more AVS then music video but I like it anyway. About style of this track, I would call more "Forest Tribal" but It's ok also minimal psy LOL so many style names nowdays hehe As a matter a fact this is not new style of Goasia at all, just some experimental faze and a bit slightly departure from the home style, but for shore NOT faze of definite change in style as in the releases and live acts. After Lots of successful albums, compilations and EPs, this time we have a chance of listening to an EP of one of their artists, Edu Yattaha, which is named in a very interesting and simple way "untitled Trance EP". This young Argentinian emphasised with his 1st track and its kick, what is this thing about. Progressive mixture of house thematics and degression but fallowed by trance motives packed into subtle production leaves us an impression of true summer sound and beaches of hits which shouldn't leave us surprised providing the origins of the artist. I cant listen without noticing the lead of latino motives too as in drums and as in melodies. With vocal support, i find it that some tracks should in a commercial world carry the title of potential summer hit. So, in that way i realise the versatileness in expressings of an artist. That's in my humble opinion one big plus. The style that this release is presenting is being promoted a lot and also defined in the world's electronic scene so i believe that this release will find its own way to some big open air parties as well as in club happenings.

Metalogic - Carbin Pressure EP - Nachtstrom Schallplatten Track list: A1 - Carbin Pressure A2 - Deterrent B1 - Atom Bells rework B2 - Flight Frame Digital format bonus track - Stratotanker After releasing eight great EP's and one album, this new and magnificent techno trance label introduced us to very defined and well arranged release from nowdays well known Canadian project - Metalogic. Good selection of tracks which are presented in minimalistic form of techno music, with cracking sound and industrial atmosphere. Despite the large number of projects with similiar sound, Metalogic still have their unique and recognizable style. There is still enough energy in tracks to keep Your feet moving on the dance floor. Distortion and pumping groove with hard sub bass are almost always present. Very important thing (especially for DJs) is luxuriant and high quality sound, which can be played in different kinds of DJ sets. Four tracks, with bonus track in digital form, are more than enough to take a big part of time in your shows. Only thing that I don't like on this record is duration of the tracks, but they are still long enough to keep you warm on the dance floor, make you happy in home atmosphere or give you the pleasure of listening the story which is told throughout the sound. And I must say that this record doesn't lack the quality from any kind of view: describing, listening or using. Very sharp and clear production in every single track marked this vinyl with rating "Must have in my collection!". And if I have to choose, my favourite track on this record is "Atom bells rework". These tracks can be used either for worming up atmosphere in the club or for making a calm and floating moments in DJ sets, which is very important part in "Roller-Coaster" drive troughout the party. And if someone asks me what kind of events is this music best for... "Well, can't you hear that beat constantly shouting: Club, club, club, club, club!!" And one more really serious thing, don't get paranoid on "Stratotanker". Moody Fuze Another great release from another remarkable producer in the electronic music world. I don’t know if I can start reviewing this release without making a short story about his past work. Mostly the fans of innovating techno and minimalistic trance sounds already know the work of man who is behind projects like Epi Centrum, Massturbo, Praecox, Bigwigs (with Kino Oko) and his own name Jurek Przezdziecki. I heard his work for the first time on compilation "Five Tons of Flax" as Epi Centrum and after hearing track "My Bass Friend" on "Chronika chapter 3", I researched and realized that it was the same man, same producer of these two tracks! I was thrilled and stunned with his way of combining past and present, “dry” rhythm and atmospheric elements, old and new school, pleasure and energy. Looking at all these aspects of Jureks’ music, I started to dig deeper and deeper, until I reached the point when my interest in his work was serious, very serious. It was that serious it made me go back for ten years to try to find everything I’m interested in. With many EP releases on labels like Boshke Beats, Hrons and Hoofs, Whirlpoolsex Music, Zenon, Soundmute, Mechanical Dragon, Synewave and the newest EP for nowadays prestige techno label - Cocoon recordings, Jurek justified his high level quality and extraordinary composing skills of, our loved, club sound. Back to release review  Release I’m writing about is presented as project Epi Centrum and it’s also signed with his real name, which indicates very wide range of sound. Content of this release is a calm spirit, energetic character and quality worthily music! Three excellent tracks that “speak different thematic language”, but their synergy makes your feet move all the time. Lot of percussions, reverb congas, crunchy drums and gummy bass line are followed by night, atmospheric effects that can be used as sound background for animated movies. That detail made a special impression on me. While playing these kind of tracks, your head can’t stand still, for sure. Sudden breaks are produced as some sort of innovation, thanks to the weird way of putting effects in them. He definitely expressed his abilities to manipulate with elements which he puts into the song. Production of vocals is also a big part in evaluating quality of this EP. In my opinion, vocal parts in song must be on right place and must have crystal clear production to “make them work”. And here you can definitely recognize that! Concept is defined with oscillations between tracks. While one track is rising up the atmosphere, other one calms it down. It can be played in any part of DJ sets without loosing energy on dancefloor. Excellent for opening, great for processing and remarkable tool for “signature”! We are lucky to have releases like this today, so DJ’s can’t complain on “skinny” case. You just need to choose a good track which is already widely presented over the internet  Recommendation: I love when I have a problem to choose my favorite track on release and Jurek gave me the opportunity to enjoy this “problem” once more. After hours of listening and listening and listening and… The winner is "Fader matter" - techno cartoon track. I must mention that the runner-up, in very close fight, is "Moody Fuze" - track full of “bubbling balloons”  Release that beat the odds. Over every expectation. Big RESPECT!!! After listening to Vanguard 2 compilation, I have discovered new, great, positive energy in their taste of sound. Nice and precisely selected lower tempo tracks with lot of space for catching the dancing moves between beats. Morning style with many emotional melodies and uplifting backgrounds which make the bass sound a little bit higher then usually. In every single track on compilation, you can hear crystal clear elements which are floating over the low bass line frequencies and fat leads, keeping the composition above and under the ground at the very same time. I surely believe that the tracks like this can, literally, hold you or hug you on the dance floor. Ok, this is maybe nothing new for this kind of music production, but it certainly can be whole new experience for body and soul. And that's what music is for, to make us coming back for more. Artists who appeared on this VA, from original producers to remixers, are selected very carefuly to make the whole composition of this release and that was the main reason why I have described whole release in global instead of describing each track individually. Lot of well known names and veterans like Vibrasphere, Duca, Slater, Yutopia, Tegma, Peter Gun and some names that few years ago were new for me, like Johson & Haske or Komytea - guys that I remeber by their extraordinary track "Lost in Kyoto" which was a great track in that period. I've noticed that they are using some unique style on basslines. This can be their brand Beats of every track on this VA are great for mixing and combining, so this is actually very DJ friendly release for many different kinds of DJ sets. You can play it in minimal, progressive house, tech-house, in a little bit harder techno and of course in indispensable trance sets. There are many elements in all tracks that take a part in each of these styles. Techy beats, trancy melodies, progressive breaks, effects and rubber pads, bassline that fits in good. Everything else is just a matter of taste. One big, pumping and melodic release which I declare totally successful! Epi Centrum - The Well-Tempered Clavier EP (SMR010) Jerzy Przezdziecki was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1973. At the age of 10, as a result of his early, classical fascination with Chopin, Beethoven and Bach, he started his piano lessons. At that time he totally felt in love with music. As the years went by, his passion was getting stronger and stronger. Studying at the Warsaw College of Art he had the first opportunity to hear some electronic - mostly new beat and industrial music. Front 242, Psychic TV, Throbbing Gristle, SPK and Coil changed Jurek's attitude for the music forever. It was no longer enough to listen. He wanted to create. No matter what music genre he?s currently in, there's always one goal: originality. He never stops creating his own definition of music. Always searching for its new emotional character and aesthetic form. Despite the strong need for harmony, he likes to experiment and goes far beyond style conventions. His inspirations come from all kinds of contemporary music. As an electronic music producer he produced 2 LPs, many EPs and single pieces. He had a chance to present his music in Japan, Australia, South Africa, Portugal, Norway, Germany and of course in Poland. Nowadays techno and minimal music became the focus of his musical interest. He records for Boshke Beats, Whirlpoolsex music and for the Polish Recognition Records. His first EP for Traumschallplatten label is announced for the spring of 2009.
