what VST-Instruments are best for producing psytrance/goa st

source for psychedelic sounds ?

Waldorf PPG wave is a useful adaptation of the old synth with the same name...

Fat sound, nice tweakerz and the kb can be hidden like a rack version...

What do people here generally think about using Reaktor 3.0 for

GOA-Trance type PSYmus?

 

I have a dual P3-550 with 256mb ram and big ass HD.

I have Cubase 5 with a low-latency audio card. It seems

to sustain quite a number of tracks and soft-synths channels.

A good midi control surface for performing would be a nice addition.

 

Any thoughts out there?
