I used Cool Edit Pro to do it, but unfortunately Adobe bought them out and made it cost $350 (it used to be $40...). I've converted those files from PCM to ACM though, you can see if that works: http://jump.fm/MKIFF (Click where is says "Save file to your PC: click here", the big download buttons are just advertisements) Other than that I really don't know what the issue could be.
