Underwater Overground festival is movin' forward, and we don't intend to stop grooving. In spite of all the bad things, we have gained more experience, more will and more determination to carry on with this event. This year's festival is a day longer with more fun and entertainment up the sleeves. Also for the first time we now have a festival location where we are accepted by local people, and a location that allows us to fulfill our vision of a trance gathering in Croatia. This takes away a big burden off our shoulders and lets us prepare for this year better than we have ever been able to before. So we move on again, watering our plant and letting it evolve. The 4th Underwater Overground festival will be held on the same spot as the previous one. We have tried to take into account all the critics and suggestions that have been said about the festival and put an extra note on quality instead of quantity as far as the musical concept goes. But let us not forget that we are not here merely to have fun, the idea of Underwater Overground has never been to just have music. We proved that more than ever with last year’s festival which had really successful workshops, presentations and tons of other activities which will happen again in full bloom. We hope you will support our vision once again and embrace the trance culture together with us. As usual we want to let the international trance scene know that we extend our full welcome to any travelers. There is much more to our festival than your average pumped up lineup and though the scene in Croatia has continuously stayed small we still want you all to know that we are indeed alive and kicking! So come join us again, support this unique culture and let it flourish and improve our lives. For this year we have made arrangements with some of the best trance labels on the scene. Naturally there is a huge support from the local trance scenes of Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia who have always helped us make this experience better and assured us that there is a never breaking bond between our countries, this is a time when we should look away from our personal differences, our musical preferences and our different viewpoints on how this scene works or should work. All of you who were here before should know and feel that. This was Sheki’s idea and vision and we intend to carry it further. The captain is looking down as he dances to the beatz.
