This track is awesome ! ! One of the best track I've ever heard ! Perfect sounds and melodie. Why David Young hasn't put tracks like Purity, Exit Eternity on his first album ? I don't understand. Don't wanna lose too many words here (tired of reviewing Pulse 4), just want to say that Velociraptor and Full Mental Jackpot are real gems and worth getting, even if they are on a mixed CD (it's just slightly mixed, Velociraptor is even there in its full length). Oh yes, it's a true goldmine for those into Tim Schuldt stuff (altogether 4 tracks with Tim Schuldt involved, the B.E.T.H. ones are excellent guitar bombs). However there's one strange thing about this comp: My tracklisting says: CD 1 track 9 = 'Liquid Luna - With Dragons Hands' and not 'Chi-A.D. - Purity'. But the track sounds quite like Chi-A.D. If you're looking for some great old style, hard, kicking and psychedelic tracks you can't go wrong with this one... Especially cd1 rocks sooo good, that Strange Bodies track for instance with the excellent vocoder usage and that kicking bassdrum... Bring it on loud!! All tracks on these 3 cd's are good, there's not one track I don't like... Bigtime 9/10 here... This was also one of my first goa cd's, so this one rakes up some memories too!! First disc is simply STUNNING ! Wicked, crazy, dark and realmy, first disc takes you to te trip without letting you down...ALL NEW ARRIVALS ( ! ), NON - SENSE ( ! ), INCREDIBLE NEWS TO ACCESS, OBSCURE SPECTRE, REMEMBER THE SLIME, CALL OF ANASAZI, PURITY ( ! ) being my favourites from the first one..10/10...Second dic is more psychedelic than hypnotic as first disc and being less effective, for me at least...has some very good songs : BLIGHTY, DEVILS CIRCUS ( ! ), ALCYONE ( ! ), SPIRIT, LIQUID COLOUR....8/10...third disc that is mixed very good is my second favourite here...great choice of songs except the second one and they all fit well each other...Classics like : DEVILS CIRCUS, VELOCIRAPTOR, PANIC IN PARADISE ( ! ), ALCYONE, FULL MENTAL JACKPOT ( ! ), JIGGLE OF THE SPYNX ( ! ) are my favourite ones...9/10.... so, Total for whole compilation is 9/10...great compiling work and AMAZING COVER !!
