Review:

Well, the artist names say it all. Luminus vs. Perplex. So this is a blend

between their two styles. The melodies from Luminus, the sharper edge in some

tracks from Perplex. I prefer to think of this album as subtle and find it

better than their separate work. These guys should work together more often,

this just.. clicks. It's fairly standard stuff, really new style Israeli.

Being both psychedelic, funky and danceable. These tracks just flow on by, all

leaving some sort of impression. Like most Israeli nowadays this is chock-full

of samples from popular movies. Terminator 2, The Matrix (of course).

At one point in the cd Old School Goa lovers suddenly think: Damn, that tune

they're playing now.. I know that. And you'd be correct. It seems they liked

Mandra Gora's Wicked Warp track so much they decided to make a Remix. Hehehe..

It sounds good though, so I won't complain too much. Overall, this cd is a

pretty good listen if you like you Psytrance to be standard, melodic, subtle

and funky. I do, so this gets 8,5/10 from me...

awesome...i recommend the Solar Plexus, Buzz n Fuzz, Dustadly Danny and Midday

Breeze (in this order), perfect tracks...really danceable, groovy, perfect

nice album...there are some good tracks but it's a bit deceiving because they

use the same sounds in most of the tracks.i think they could make it

better.good release for those who like luminus

Cool stuff. Good punchy beats, sometimes sounds like it's about to go minimal,

but picks up just in time. Definitely not a full-on party CD, but great to

listen to on the drive back home, or at the afterparty when people are just

starting to come in and settle down. Very morning sounds, keeps you grooving.

Not one to kill for, but a great buy if you get a good enuff deal.

In my opinion, this album is not so good like the other 2 albuns from Luminus,

but still remains a very good sound.

Maybe Perplex influences makes the sound slower, but like sakhtallah says,

"it´s very morning sounds, keeps you grooving. Not one to kill for, but a

great buy if you get a good enuff deal".

rating: 8.5 / 10

Hugs for everyone and Peace to the world.
