Hmmm, I was just about to submit my review of this EP, but I have been beaten

to it. These tracks are definitely "for home listening" , as I can't see

either of these tracks being played on the dancefloor and really stimulating

the crowd. Why? Because a lot of the details that make these tracks great

would be almost unheard by the masses, especially being broadcasted over an

inaccurate stereo whose sole purpose is to fill the room with sound, nothing

more. I like Oforia's attention to detail, as most layers seem like they have

been worked on to stand out, and constructed to sound exactly as Oforia had

envisioned. Good releases for personal enjoyment. 8/10

Quality release from Oforia here.. This is taken from the forthcoming album

"Let It Beat" due to be released very soon. #1 is a nice semi-fast (140

b.p.m.) tribal, funky, melodic trance-track with the distinctive Ofer-touch.

Very nice - and thank you Ofer for not going minimal! *s* 8/10... #2 is the

Infected Mushroom remix of this track, and actually the Mushies have made an

quite ok track. This is a slower (130 b.p.m.), even more funky version of

the original. Also very melodic, but I guess that's one of the Mushies

trademarks, so that doesn't really come as a surprise. Nice, mellow track..

Also deserves 8/10.. Looking forward to "Let It Beat" . This is not an

essential EP, but still worth getting if you get tired of minimal mayhem..

*s* Oh, btw.... don't expect to see this in the shops before December

10th...
