The two persons behind MANDALAVANDALZ are Halluciano Powerotti and Tomo TomatoEyez -those who are familiar with TEXAS FAGGOTT and SHIWA 2000 might find out that the looks of these guys suspiciously familiar, and their sounds too... Nevertheless, there's some real gems on this one, like songs "Anima" and "Kaunista" for example. Of course there's some stuff in Finnish, such as some really wicked speech samples,.. some of the vocal efforts on this one have the possibility seriously freak out some Finnish acid heads but that's what you get with Finnish psytrance - u hafta love it or go mad and run to the hills to hide Once nice thing is also, in my opinion the fact that the tracks aren't too long. Just long enough to keep you going and keep the strong "drive" going on. Very tight and compact set altogether. Oh, and did I mention the nice spugedelik cover arts..
