Get ready for some headbanging music by paps, who have done a good job on

this release. Track 1 has a great pumpin' rythem and a phat bassline, that

will drive you to dance your ass off, on a fool-moon night, great stuff

(9/10). Track 2 is a nice one, but not as good as the first track. It has a

constant non-stop sound in the background, wich sounds to me like a

motercycle or something like that. Anyway, this is a funky tune, with wacked

up sounds on top of some grinding percussions. Towards the end, there is an

electrical sound that takes the track to a new direction. (8/10). Track 3 is

kinda slow, and has a heavy stompin' beat. Not much percussion work, as

there is more emphasis on the dark tunes and spooky atmosfear. I'd call this

track Evil... (8/10). Alltogether, this is very good stuff by paps, as they

stay true to their style. So, if you like paps, you're gonna love this, and

if you don't, than maybe after hearing this, you will change your mind...

"Everybody In The Trees" (10/10) is the best track yet from Paps, and I had it

as number two on my toplist of the best tracks from year 2000. ("Reload" by

Deedrah was number one). "Everybody In The Trees" is a harsh and aggressive

track with a lot of twists and unusual turns, crazy sounds and brilliant

unique variations. I like the other two tracks too but "Everybody In The

Trees" is the killer I will remember from year 2000.

In my opinion the best new artist in the scene in while.I saw him live in SF

and he rocked the shit out of trhe club.His hard hitting bass,sick rhythms and

samples make him one of the best live artists around.Check out Vibes From the

Other Side and Camel's Head Chemistry.
