Juno Reactor - Jungle High = Jungle High?

I see that the old Juno Reactor sideproject Jungle High, has released a tune called Jungle high, but Juno Reactor too. So i wonder, is Juno Reactor's 1997 release the same as Jungle High EP from 1992? In that case it's pretty impressive
