Visto che ovunque se ne sente parlare come di evento, ora che le smanie sono passate, qualche doverosa precisazione. Quello che segue è il concept riportato sul sito con accanto la realtà dei fatti. :: CONCEPT :: - 30.000 m2 area (inganno: era piccolissimo, la meta' di un campo da calcio, forse perche' questi 30mila metri quadri sono stati calcolati comprendendo le aree di campeggio i parcheggi la strada.. boh..) - International Goa Village (??? nessun villaggio goa.. solo punti vendita) - Info World Meeting (..che non vuol dire niente..) - Free Camping Area (niente è mai stato gratis: All'entrata del campeggio c'era un tavolino che chiedeva 5 euro a testa. abbiamo fatto marcia indietro siamo scesi dalla macchina tranne il conducente per pagare "solo" 5 invece che 20. Sono andato da uno degli organizzatori, che mentre contava i soldi (immeritati) mi ha detto che nessuno aveva diritto di chiedere niente perche' - come scritto nel sito - il campeggio era gratuito.) - Free Swimming (nel mare? ah ma dai posso nuotare? posso nuotare gratis?? che fiko! posso respirare? maddai!...) - Shower Zone (ok questa c'era, ma nell'area camping non nell'area del festival e tra l'altro era nel fango perche' delle coperture rialzate in plastica costavano troppo...) - Laser multicolors (ok) - Shops / Stands (ok pero' per la precisione: UNICAMENTE shops.. no goa world etnic village trance universal.. ) - Fire act’s (non ci sono mai stati giochi di fuoco, MAI.) - Visual projections (ok) - Workshops (niente workshops, solo business, gente che vendeva qualcosa.. non la faceva sul posto ..sempre che non si riferissero a quello che faceva le crepes..) - Food Area (a prezzi astronomici) - Performances (oltre agli artisti della line up non ci sono state performance.. se poi vuol dire che la musica poteva venire da un computer o da una batteria elettronica e' come fare pubblicita' a un ristorante dicendo "E ATTENZIONE! SERVIAMO ANCHE L'INSALATA! E LA FRUTTAAA!!!") - Art Expò (nessuna esposizione, se non di pannelli col listino prezzi del bar) - Best Decorations (ok) - Special FX (a parte i laser, nessun effetto speciale) - Robot Shows (nessun robot a meno che non ti sei preso un cristallo di lsd, 3 porzioni di funghi e un etto di mdma e volessi considerare i cessi chimici dei grandi automi..) e inoltre: i palchi erano 3 invece che 5. spiegazione dell'organizzatore: ci sono stati dei problemi. gli ho risposto "sai anche io ho avuto dei problemi per l'acquisto del biglietto, mi hanno chiesto dei soldi, pensa un po'!" What follows is the concept founded on site with the correlated reality on place. :: CONCEPT :: - 30.000 m2 area (wrong: no more than a half of a football field) - International Goa Village (??? no goa village.. sales points only) - Info World Meeting (..that don’t make any sense..) - Free Camping Area (nothing was free, 5 euros per person asked by someone who I hope just pretended to be part of the staff.) - Free Swimming (in the sea? oh really? can I really swim freely?? wonderful! can I breathe also? fantastic!...) - Shower Zone (ok but in the camping area only, and in a pool of mud) - Laser multicolors (ok) - Shops / Stands (ok but better: ONLY shops.. no fukin’ goa world etnic village trance universal .. ) - Fire act’s (NEVER ever. not one fire act during all the festival) - Visual projections (ok) - Workshops (NO workshops, business only. Oh! sorry.. if you’re referring to the guy HANDCRAFTING CREPES..) - Food Area (astronomical, unaccettable prices) - Performances (no other performances than the dj’s playing) - Art Expò (no expò except bar prices’ panels) - Best Decorations (ok) - Special FX (laser apart, no Special FX) - Robot Shows (no robots unless you would consider the chemical toilets as big androids after taking some pound of mdma and a handful of lsd crystals) and last but not least: 3 dancefloors instead of 5! Organizer’s answer: “we had some problems”. I HAD SOME PROBLEMS TOO: I WAS ASKED FOR MONEY TO BUY THE TICKET! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?? ITALIAN + ENGLISH: FUCK SUN EXPLOSION. Nothing more disappointing than saving up all year to go to a international festival only for it to be nowhere near as good as your expectations. Sorry that this party was such a disappointment I have to say omni festival in spain was also very disappointing for me this year, by far the most disorganised party I had ever been to. Soundsystem was awful, decor half-hearted etc, but I managed to have a good time, helped by the fact I was with a great bunch of people. dude you made me smile though, even though this is meant to be a serious whinge Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
