I found that the fastest way of doing so is to use SoundDiver you can get it here: http://www.access-music.de/downloads.php4?product=virusc and then scroll down. I would LOVE to explain to you how to do it directly on the virus, but I got a hangover that is really bad, and I dont have patience to do that right now hehehehe 206636[/snapback] so is it a matter of going into multi single mode then going to the patch u first want to put on channel 1. press the button that saiz 'SYSTEM/MULTI EDIT'. and press parameter till u get to MidiChannel 1 and press value to what u want to set that patch to? ok, so ive done 1 patch to channel 1. now is it as easy to press store, and it saves that patch to channel 1. then.. i just do the same to another patch for channel 2? and also.. say ive done all that, say for instance, im just mucking around in fruity.. i noticed that when i pressed the record button in fruity, it only records midi not 'sound'. and if i put a sequence into a midi out instrument, it wont record it.. is this because i havent got the synth midi out going into my soundcard..? at the moment ive got. my midi keyboard [usb] into comp. comp to soundcard[usb] soundcard midi out to synth midi in. and yeah. if i hook up synth midi out to soundcard midi in, and then change fruity midi settings to 'remote control input' as soundcard midi in, this should let me put in notes in fruity and press record and record it.? then if i want to use my keyboard, i can just replace the soundcard midi out to synth midi in to midi keyboard out to synth midi in yeah?? if that makes sense.
