There were few exceptions until 4am, but not more. I'm speaking of those public parties, not private of course. So I really doubt it'll be different. Pisses of many people over here... I was the first time X-Dream guys were here, but thats way long ago, 3 years ago or more...Now, usually all parties start earlier, like 21h or 22h until 3am. Last no more than 3am.
