The closest you'll find is "Full Moon" parties out in the wilderness or on the beach. Chances are the djs and the music will suck ass, but the vibe is usually cool (especially at the beach parties where the environment is gorgeous). You have to know people in order to find out where the parties are happening, and once you do that, you better have a 4X4 and some good driving skills. You'll also have a bitch of a time finding e, so stick to the local drug, Ice or you may even come across some (good) mushrooms if you're lucky...
