The biggest problem with Goa is that it's drowning in tourist and tourist business. If you just want sex, drugs & techno it's not that bad...although the grass is a lot better and cheaper in the smaller places Anyway, if you get here and you find that it sucks, you always have the option of going somewhere else in India.
