Names don't do justice to music!
Just stupid categorisations.

I think they are 3 or 4 guys

The thing with a lot of ambient related to the psy scene is, that it tries too hard to be something ... it is like a 'forced' mix of too much different sounds, melodies, samples and effects and all kinds of meaningless details... but in the end, if you can see (or better: hear) through it, there's actually little musical substance.
While the music by Roach mentioned, is like one smooth, organic, evolving flow of... greatness
The repetitive, slowly evolving nature of the music let's you completely drift away. It only uses original sounds that actually fit together, created by the artists themselves.
I just bought a Steve Roach Album ( Mantram) and was a bit dissapointed.
It is nice, but not psychedelic at all, though relaxing.
But I largely prefer Entheogenic and Sphongle.
Maybe I just got the wrong album.

Hi,
I have a pair of Dynaudio Bm15a, they are fantastic, very clear and detailed. The best mixing monitors I have ever worked on. (though it is important to have a acousticaly treated room, no matter the monitor)
The Bm6a might do a good job for the size of your room, depending how loud you like to listen at times.

Try also the Yamaha MSP5 great monitors for the price!
Personaly I am not a great fan of Genelec, if you ever have the money try some Dynaudio monitors.

I love "We are one" by Entheogenic, one of my all time favorites. I don't know who is singing on this one, but it is a very beautiful voice, just love it.

I have nothing against voices.
A voice can add so much expression to the music.
