About Me

. ..mmMm
Really enjoyed -as a kid- when I found a few of Hindi-infused melodies and timbres in songs. It shone many bright colors as If I was transported into an eternal garden, whereas every slight movement shifts a myriad of perspectives thru the shining rays. "Tomorrow never Knows" by the Beatless is one to note.
Then as an early teen something inside went crazy at listening the techno dance with hindu-melody of 1981's ABBA "The Visitors" tune.
At 1983 out of thin air(literally) the local radio played a 6 mins "Ever so Lonely" Monsoon track (2st Sheila Chandra work) that left me transfixed. I managed to move to London at 1990 aiming to find such possible music (no internet, email or forums like this). Very soon I funkily stumbled into the my first real Psychedelic Trance track "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Bass" by William Orbit, of which a remix version further extends its deep trip with Steve Hillage on a spacey guitar solo.
The early 90s saw me back at Chile Djing for a great group of OSHO Sannyasin friends, playing and dancing at amazing locations and Discos with people with whom shared the wonder of going deep. At 94 a Total Solar Eclipse pointed to a Northen City of Chile (Arica) and after the stirringly crucial event, went along to Cuzco where I met for first time an international tribe of like-minded people with whom I was surprised -to the core- to find that I shared more with them (in affinity music, books, talks and life) for instance, that with my family, brothers or most anyone I had grown with... A bit like finding to have unknowingly lived a kind of "he Ugly Duckling" fairy tale.
From then on, the music connections, progressions,(regressions? sometimes) and organic evolution in broad terms, hasn't stopped. Psynews was part of it in the dry 00s days, specially in its first incarnation.
If I have to summarize it all in a few words <>I am a dancer that is finding his dance. Within that journey, change and something I am yet to fully live, remains.. .
