Yeah, the Solar Fields case is fantastic. I also liked the Global Psychedelic Trance comps double digipaks.
Are there any other labels that tend to release great packaging other than Ultimae?
Yes, I know the music is the important part, but great packaging is a fun bonus too.

“The dark side clouds everything. Impossible to see the future is.”
Edit - Dang, you guys got the Yoda references in before I could.

Wow, Jewel cases kicking ass right now.
Digipak just feels/looks special to me. They can do much more creative stuff with the covers when using digipak. Almost feels like vinyl again, like the poster way above pointed out (good call on that).

Just received a small order from Saikosounds today, and all 3 were Digipak.
The Solar Fields - Leaving Home packaging in particular is absolutely gorgeous!
Which do you prefer?
Edit: I found a similar topic from 3+ years ago. I hope I don't annoy people with a repeat 3 years later. Sorry

I have enjoyed everything of EU that I have heard so far, granted this is only from SpiritZone comps. I have not heard any of his complete albums.

I can't really say why, but when listening to Psy, ProgPsy, or Ambient stuff I get really annoyed when there are actual lyrics. Samples and short vocal clips, I dig.
I start getting into the tune, then all of a sudden some bimbo starts singing. It just doesn't seem right for this genre. I do enjoy my share of lyrics in other genres.
Unfortunately, I cannot think of any good examples right now, but I see/hear it more as a negative than a good thing. Am I weird? (asking in this regard only, I know I am weird in other cases too)

Listening to Radi's recommended powernet.bg radio.
There was a song I was really digging just now. Youth vs. Abakus, but I failed to catch the name!

A mix "Aletheia" by Further from Isratrance. I can only assume it's the same Further from here too.
Nice chill for work listening!

Profane reviewed the new Vibrasphere here in the 2006 reviews section. From the review, it appears to be must have.

Vibrasphere - Purple Floating.
Bedtime for me now.

Only stuff I can find on some of my comps (Spiritzone). This was the only Etnica available from zonenmaster. Got my package from him today. So, no I haven't gotten a chance to listen to the older Etnica.

Oh sure, you thank everybody but me! That's just great.
You know, I wasn't going to say this originally, but now I will. I thought the tune wasn't very original. It steals a lot from other big names that did this first, sounds quite a lot of the overplayed crap you will find nowadays.
