  1. First of all, thanks for the gay love

But, it wasnt my intention at all to pass judgement whether chill-out is bad or good, I just pointed out there were many more tracks without a 4/4 to the floor dancebeat then on your last album even in the samples. Its your album and your creativity, so do as you please, the samples sound awesome as always with your music, you definitely have your very own unique sound going that I appreciate very much. I looking forward a lot to the release in August!

take it easy, judge as you want :) it wasnt my intention to block anybody's statements :)

  2. Hi everybody.

I would like to inform that my new album: Alphabetically Divided Highway will be released in August 2008 on Tribal Vision Records. Album is result of massive work, i've been working to record and produce this CD almost 3 years. During these 3 years i recorded 28 tracks but only 11 tracks i decided to give to the public releasing this album. This selection means my mindset at the moment but also shows how i developed myself and what was important for me during this period: inspirations, deadends, mistakes and revelations.

to listen to some tracks please visit www.myspace.com/kinooko

and to read more about this album please wisit www.kinooko.prv.pl

    Product info:

Who said that the psy-trance genre runs short on talent and style?

Well even if it's true, this album is here to prove the opposite!

Psychedelic Funk mashed up with a Mental Blues?!?!?

    Well...

Bigwigs are Jurek Przezdziecki (EPI CENTRUM AND MASS TURBO) and Grzegorz Magnuszewski (KINO OKO) - two well respected Sonic Architects from Warsaw, Poland - delivering their second long waited album after their original full length debut on Digital Structures records, but it was 4 years ago!

Bigwigs are well known for their innovative, fresh musical ideas and the unforgettable eccentric live performances. This album is a unique, fresh and extremely addictive sonic venture-the collaboration of scatterbrained and compulsive, the collective of noises in varying degrees of twitchy, restless (in) sanity competing for one mind.

That's what happens when two artists stepping outside their regular roles to make what feels like a genuinely instinctive, mental-fuelled record that zings with an enthusiasm for all spectrums of todays modern electronic dance music.

As we approach the end-point of 2007 it's unlikely that a more vivid or arresting release will drop this year, marking The National Heroes of Sonic Parallel as not only an audacious accomplishment, but one of the year's best releases.

And here is the message from the Bigwigs themselves:

Bigwigs is an experimental project, from it's out set and forever. Our music stems from the color and diversity which surrounds us. Inspired by many genres and periods which

do not fit today's electronic music form, we create a separate world of musical illustrations rich in harmony, rhythm and stories. We present you with our point of view and our definition of body and mind engaging music. We want the diversity of our compositions to give you the possibility to reach beyond the horizon of your sensations and contacts with electronic music thus far. Our goal is to offer original and controversial solutions, strong and deep emotions. With this album we hope that you will feel as we did when we made it. During the recording we never met once. The recording process was 3 months of exchanging musical ideas. We exchanged pieces of music until the final composition was ready. We are very satisfied with the end result. We would like to thank you for purchasing the album and devoting your time to listening to it.

Polish artist Kino Oko's latest offering is a symphonic textured journey into the unknown.

Intelligently designed to give your head and your body a massive trip. Ominous melodies

are met with elastic twisting rhythms and a phat gummy bass. An unbound technoid story

that will leave you wanting more.

To complement the unique sound of the original, Cold Groove has enlisted some of its favourite artists. Swiss remixer LaBaaz's interpretation takes form as a pulsating and flowing progressive monster. Lush sounds and atmospheres define this exquisite piece of techno. Closing this release are up and coming Montreal based progressive trio FM Radio Gods. They leave their mark on The

Day to Die by morphing it into a driving progressive killer, sprinkled with hints of electro and a subtle vocal line... goes well in the club and in the morning hours on a forest dance floor...

Hope you enjoy stay tuned for more….

  9. my 5 cents

i use old tannoy pbm 8mkII and yamaha ns-10.

its not a must to have expensive monitors but some level of sound must be of course delivered.

why some peolpe like to check in the car or under the bath or in the kitchen?

because they know this sound very well so its easy for them to judge is all fine or not.

i can not swear i would do better mix on even Lipinski loudspeakers without knowing them well.

i know my eqiupement and i really feel (somethimes more than hear) thet somethig will have an sonic impact or sounds perfect.

so main feature of minitors or speakers you use is are they predictable. if you made mistake many times and you still doing it so this is a time to make decission about changing monitors. on other hand if you feel pretty sure about your even extraordinary sonical experiments and all says that its sonically and techincally correct that means you monitors are good for you.

so dont look at the price, dont look what other are saying, just try to learn and sum up are you able to learn your speakers or they are piece of shit.

  10. yes, thnx

actually it is quite funny and powerfull tool. its gonna be more popular than home website sometime, especially if someone wants to have quick look into matter who is who and what "who" is doing. more, it gives people chance to be present in web, listen to music made by them without advanced web design techniques.

because im close to finish my second album i will use myspace as main promo site due to mainly "build in player" which gives access to hear samples without any clicking, downlading etc...
