  1. up to date Inca-Nations is the last compilation in the seria. It starts with

very famous track by Astrix And Atomic Pulse : Scientific Reality, the new

popular musicians from Israel. Logic bomb represents a quality and powerfull

track.Saafi Connection : Beyond Your World nothing quite inrteresting in this

track made in typical morden sound. Two good remixes on two good trax by

Riktam & Basni. One of the most known version of the famous Space Cat : Power

Up. also made in the style close to Astrix or Psydrop. Sub 6 : Indian Jackpot

a refreshing groovy track with progressive house touch. Again very quality

minimal by Beat Bizzare. In the end there is a very dissapointing track by one

of my favorites band. Infected Mushroom : Electro Panic absolutely standart

track, no any new idea or great melody. Littel bit spoils impression upon the

compilation. To suummarise everything i think we have anothe quality and

melodic comp from T.I,P. World. i think it dezervs the second place in this

seria, but maybe later i will change ma opinion.

  2. Probably the best compilation in the "Nations" series. Almost all trax are

stuck in my memory. the first track is the best from Ari Linker, and a great

remix from GMS. Meathead Productions : The Big Ship great full on track,a

littel bit the in old school style. Riktam & Basni again in collaboration with

Raja Ram, Slavia Divinorum a powerfull midnight killer. Alien project one more

time with quality dancefloor track taken from the fronthcoming album.

Funckadelic psychedelic full on from the new Mexican project. Some old and

kind classical trance from The Zobra. Logic Bomb & Antidot didn't make any

positive impression on me this time. And Synthetic : The Mummy finish you with

powerfull durty psytechno at the end of this killer compilation. I think a

must have compilation for all GOA freaks.

  3. The 3rd member of the great TIP "Nations" series. It's defently not the best

one, but also not the worst one. Once again the series residents GMS & Ofer

Dikovsky strike with powerfull full on trax. Newcomers Fussion, Violet sky

and Tycho brought here some interesting material. Quite original track by

Typhoon Feat Deedrah. A couple of killer trax from Absolum i hot greeks Lotus

Omega. Nothing new from powerfull duo Benji Vaughn & Raja Ram. So on this

compilation-Nation :) there is no any single bad track, but also no any

masterpieces. One would like some trax more than others, and one would like

the other ones. So on my opinion it is a quality middle class compilation.

  4. Well the second release of the TIP's so called "Nations" series is quite good.

Style of compilation is variable from night full on sound (GMS,Oforia) and

more technogenic sound by ManMadeMan & ParaSense) to more deep (Bus and

Shpongle). Some new tendenses for the year 2000 can be heard here and standart

material from Riktam And Bansi, Ofer Dikovsky & Logic Bomb. Total Eclipse - 10

Years Of Trance made a pleasant suprise for me, melodic and memorable track.

And finally this compilation it contains one of my all time favorites Shpogle

    - Devine the Moment of Truth. Actually this mix was called "HalLucinogen

trance mix" on DMT EP released the same year on Simon's lable Twisted and it

is my favorite mix on this thing. So we have a solid compilation here. All

trax are listenable and danceable. Not a bad member of the Nation's series.

  5. this compilation repersents quite standart material for TIP for the last 3

years. List of artist are also more or less usual for TIP (Antidote, Total

Eclipse, GMS...). I found only two pretty interesing trax on it, they are

Process : Blue Moovies & Bus : North By North West 6 (Top Deck Mix). and

absolutely trance classic by Atmos. The only ptocess is the greatest trak by

such talanted artist as Atmos. Another trax are uninteresting for me despite

their quality is not bad. Maybe Phoetus : Sparkling Soup is quite good

dancefloor track. I also expect much better material by Voodoo People, but not

this time. So my personal opinion, we have nothing special except the trax

mentioned above. Listen to it youself, maybe you find some favorites for you.

  6. Well, after learning about the tragic story of Juan Verdera's life, I've listed

to The Muses Rapt album more carefully, and i have to say, I've managed to

fill the mental strife of this strong man. i think i can fill through his how

he loves LIFE, nature, the wishper of wind, the noise of the forest and that

he really belives in mystery of our world. How will be nice, if all morden

musicians put all their souls into music they are making. i agdre tha

mastering of the album is not perfect, and some rifs are not very good. but

all this work leaves strong impressions. It makes to become inlove with you

and your life, even if you don't like something in it.That's my personal

opinion. i really respect such people like Juan Verdera.

  7. Beyond The Infinite i think is the hardest Juno's album. Most trax have

powerfull busslines with strong kicks (except Magnetic, Ice Cube & Silver wich

are not so fast) and original tribal precurisions. In all trax there are great

melodies and trippy samples which you can here nowhere else. A lot of

different live instruments are used for creating them along with very quality

sound engeniring. It may seem that all material sound simmilar, but each track

have it's own energy and arise different feelings. Unfortunatly there are no

traditional ambient track on this album. but it is An essential etnic GOA

album as all Juno Reactor's creative work. Deffenetly listen to it.

  8. Luciana by Juno Reactor is a brawe idea to creat one-track album. One of the

    longest compositions ewer made.

It's style is darck deep ambient. It sounds like a long mystical trip. Beginnig

with strong noises that form some kind of dynamic structure that lasts during

the whole track. Then some syntetic effects are added. Aprox. on the 16th

minue of it are wonderfull vocal part appears, then it will be repeated on the

30th minute. And there is no any changes during the time betwen them. In last

20 minutes some spacy electonic sounds and voise samples dilute the same noise

structure. Then noice volume become lower & lower and trip finishes. Standart

dark ambient trakc, but too long. Creats mystic & spo0cky atmosmphere in the

place where this album is playing. Littel bit not in Juno's usual style, but

quite interesting & quality composition. Respect to them for thier many-sided

    talents.

  9. Juno Reactor : Transmissions is one of the first succefull trance releses;

recorded on proffesional studio. Ofcourse it dose not sound like GOA trance in

morden understanding of this music, but it's GOA by nature. Especially tracks

like High Energy Protons , The Heavens, Man To Ray.

It sounded completely different from ewerything that was published at the

beging of 90-s. Maybe there are some acid house influence in tracks like

    Luna-Tic, Acid Moon, Laughing Gas.

There are also a good cill out track Landing, and some experemental material

Contact, 10000 Miles. (that stuff will become traditional for Juno's albums).

Album was supported by two singles released the same year Laughing Gas and

High Energy Protons. The last one contains wondrfull remixes on The Heavens

and High Energy Protons itself. This track I think is should be considered as

one of the best GOA classix ever made.

Transmissions is the turning point in development of trance music and first

step of unique Juno Reactor's style that won't change much during the

following 10 years. It's great from time to time listen to this record just to

feel real GOA iside you!. P.L.U.R

  10. Lunar Asylum is for sure a twisted album. Pure full-on psytrance, i think it

can be considered as a cult album for this style. This sounds are not common

for isralian musicians, but their are real madness.

In all tracks there is hard strong bass (except We Know Nothing, classical

Tr-909 precursion alnog with good rifs. Also all tracks are full of various

acid melodies that damage your fisical brains, but make you feel rock. In some

tracks there are good metall samples for more effect.

On the base of this general description all tracks can be devided into two

grups: MAD and ABSOLUTELY MAD. First ones are Iron Age, Goldendawn, Meltdown,

Depth Charge, We Know Nothing. And the others are Twister, G_lock, Van Halen.

Vanishing Point is my favorite, its not a characteristic track for this album.

It has great spacy melodies, jumping bassline and is closer to GOA-trance.

To summarise ewerything i will say that this is strong quality full-on album.

and every crasy psyman should defenetly listen to it sooner or later. P.L.U.R.

  11. "Immortality" debut album by Domi Pastor. This album is quite dark, but there

are also good melodies there on it. Most of the taxx here are dancefloor

    oriented.

Cada Dia, Immortality are fine representetives of morden GOA trance. Fantastic

melodies , rocking goa samples and classic kicks. Alltogether that defenetly

    rulez.

Big Balla Boom (Rmx), Fa Fret, Aha are hard & dark full-on psychedelic

kikkers. Some very good samples. Great for midnight hot.

Eisbluemengarten, Ahim Has, El Fill D'El Commandan(Rmx) are so-called

progressive psytrance trax. Quality sounds, progressive rythm and good

moledies. Especially for mourning sets after long night on psy pool.

The Fly Of The Phoenix slow progressive track with magical but so sad melody

starting in the middle of it and till the end. While listening to it, so much

thoughts come in to your mind. Simple, but great track.

The impression of the music on this album is different, but mostly this is

dark music. Maybe sound is not quality enough. A couple of new ideas and

felecitous samples. I think Domi Pastor should continue to develope its own

    style. Good luck.

  12. Alien Project - Dance or Die is not a fully new album by Ari Linker. Some of

the tracks on thi album were already released, but despite that album is quite

    good.

Most tracks are very welll logicaly organized and mixed, quality digital &

analog mastering (it should be because famous Lior Perlemutter took part in

produsing this album). Also there are some interesting collabiration of Ari

Linker with other artist & djs.

Dance Or Die & Ice Is Nice were written with Jean Borelli and mostly

dancefloor oriented. These trax have fat besslines, good kicks and lots of

psyeffects and sounds. I would like to recommend DJs to use Dance or Die as an

opening track for their great sets.

Modulator & Genetic Eyes are more fast and psychedelic trax, close to GMS

style. They were already published on EPs.

Midnight Sun (GMS remix) - a hit first by Ari. In GMS remix it became even

    greater. Wonderfull track.

Teotihuacan with Cell Firmi peacefull mourning trance, with sunth melodies and

    TB rifs.

Anti@Alien with Serge Souque from Antidote is perfect dancefloor track that

contains wounderfull melodie somwhere iin the middle.

Deep Spirit& Dust are deep progressive psy trax with original sounds and good

    basslines.

Dance or Die i can say is an intelegent psytrance album, maybe not the best

for dance floor, but defenetly worth listening to it. And i will repeat, that

track are wery logically built and perfectly mastered. Listen to Alien

Project's new albumm published ths year on TIP world.

  13. PSYDROP - The Miracle Man is a fresh drop full of pumping beats, uplifting

melodies & original psychedelic sounds. Great debut album for new isralian

    artist Yoni Salah.

Angels Dust, Mind Refund, Perspective Sound shows how morden full-on psytrance

should sound. Quality traxx with good samples & precursion.

Radical Command, The Power Planet, Online Opus alltogether is a special stuff

by Yoni Salah. Uplifting full-on sound with brilliant psychedelic effects and

emotional melodies along with pumping rythm. Perfectly suits for dancefloors

to make people dance and feel free.

Higher Destination outstanding track. Every sample in this track sounds great

(guitar, bassline, synthetic melodies). This is real jewel, that makes you

    high.

Imaginary Reality is deep psychedelic track, a littel bit not in the mood of

this album, but still quality track.

I think PSYDROP have great chanses to become a best new commer of the year

2002 with this album. Real competitor for GMS & Alien Project.

  14. Morphem - Out of Focus is a classical GOA album. But it is not full-on midnight

GOA, but soft & moody trance, with lots of pleasant melodies that make our

immagination work to achive closer connection with our psychedelic

surrounding. Quality sound for the time when it was published.

Most trax have good bass lines, a lot of psysounds, proper usage of TB 303 and

ofcourse magical melodies, which can be rather flutes, guitars or thast

    synthetic.

Brigers Of The Dawn is think is quite out of focus of this album. This is slow

psychedelic track, that suits as background for deep space expeditions.

Closed Sector is written in Jean Michel Jarre style and is very short (1:33).

Love Is An Ocean is the most interesting and impresionable track on the album.

Luquid bassline and acid riffs are mixed up with beatifull guitar melodies and

    trip-hopping precursions.

That is all. Listen to this album in mood.

  15. The politics of Simon Posford's record label Twisted is to publish only quality

music, despite not to do it often. And Cypher - I music is thast this kind of

release. This album consists of such differen trax, that they are required to

be discribed detally, before owerviewing the whole album.

    1. 7 Theories Of Human Nature is a night killer, not to fast, but very dark

and scary. Great sounds and effects.

    2. Dubientish - is excellent psy-dub track, peacefull and hitting at once.

    Great pice of work.

    3. Anaesthesia - experemental trippy psy-trance, something new in industry.

    4. Do You Wanna Do It? starts with groove that comes to funky-house, then

evolvs into uplifting acid trance. To long I think.

    5. Riding On A White Rabbit - first steps in psytechno, but not very hard.

6.Are You Near Death Experienced? - psychdelic breackbeat with good guitar,

    strings and drums.

7.Starting To Feel Very Weird - again a slow trip to psy-trance, with a lot of

    interesting samles and unexpected sounds.

8.Alternet - sound like soundtrack on a background of some detective movie.

But again a very interesting instrumental track.

9.Opium - just magnifecent. This melody, this strings, this drums. Universal

    music.

10.Alternet (Deedrah Rmx) - absolutely different from the original version. A

masterpice in mourning psy-trance. The best track on the album.

Wondrefull album we have in the end. Great work made by Dido (ex Transvawe) in

collaboration with his friends from France. We hardly need albums like that to

appear more often for developing psymusic industry and culture. Expect to hear

    more from Cypher group.

  16. All trax written by this french musicians are very intelligent and innovative.

Maybe there some other projects in wich members of Spectral are involved?

Please, provide us with some information about them.

    P.L.U.R.
