Hi guys. I just recently reinstalled windows xp in my compaq presario. It is a P4, with 2.93 ghz, 1gb ram and two 160 gb hard drive. This is the third time i reinstalled in the last week basically. Im using my new HD just for music. The other one is for miscellaneous. Everytime happens a problem, first kontakt doesnt work, then FM-8 doenst find the library,Ni massive can not find the library either. I also copy/pasted URS compressors into logic's vstplugin folder and sometimes in the insert button at logics enviroment channel mixer the URS folder appears and sometimes it doesn't.sometimes only the mono link Fx appears sometimes only the stereos Fx.. Im getting really frustrated here. When installing waves which vsts should i keep in the plugin enabler? im testing all them and etc.. but should i keep the mono ones, the s/w ones,?? the bottom of line is, is there an order to install the windows again, i mean first the updates, framework and etc then audio stuff?? Where does the Fm-8 and massive libraries are going too? should i install the music stuff in my slave HD or in the built in HD?? Sorry if this was too long. But im loosing my mind here. Hey guys, im using logic to make my tracks, i just started the first one. When im trying to import an audio file ( sample) into an audio track. Logic says that "Pathname is to Long". I changed he name of the file to "a" and it still says is to long..can you guys help me out please? Thank you. Bruno

hi guys, i got the spectrasonics metamorphosis from e-mule and im trying to open the files, but in on of them it says file type:file and descriptio; audio. Do you guys know what should i do with that? And the spectrasonics atmosphere i got all the 6 data cds inside the computer, but when i install it says to put the cd with data inside , so i recorded each data in a cd, and when i put it in, it doesnt read. The distorted reallity, it shows as image file as well. Can you guys help me out please?

Hi guys..how are u? Im using logic 5 and ableton 5 to produce my music. I just bought a midi keyboard M-Audio Axion 25. I was hoping that would have a manual and etc with it.bt it doesnt. I was wondering if u guys could help me out, on how to route my knobs in the midi keyboard to work with the vst and etc? thanks a lot

Hey guys. I bought a MOTU ultralight. I already have installed and running. Since i didnt buy a amplified speaker yet, i connected normal speakers at the main out of the sound card into a receiver. But here is the thing. when im playing music at the windows media player, i can hear music coming out though the speakers and headphone plugs at the sound card. But when im trying to listen my music at Logic and ableton live.. the sound only comes through the headphones..i dont know why the sound card is not receiveing any sound from the softwares. and inside logic and ableton the out put channels are set up to 1-2 .. can u guys help me out? Thanks

Hey guys, if i have a PC i know that in order to get a nice sound i have to have a very good sound card. But if i have an Apple, is it necessary to put another soundcard..:: ? what about laptops..?:if im gonna use a Apple lap top, does it need one:? And if im gonna use a sony vaio for an example, for a live or something, do i have to buy a sound card for it:? Thanks
