    This one is a GREAT dark compliation, freaky , twisted sounds like no other. i wouldnt consider it a "classic" but imo its really great and stands out from the typical dark. All the tracks a really good but the favs are Manhunt, Walking Demon and Glo so.

    if i havent heard this compliation u should aquire it and give it a lissen.

    well i download, u busted me :o . Its the only way to somewhat screen out all the crap. Phase 3 compliation was rather enjoyable as a whole also, dont know if i would buy it though :blink:

    listning to another pleiadians track now np: pleiadians - space odyssey . its good or ok just like their other stuff latetly but nothing great or not even close to their old stuff,

    i really love this album , it has an amazingly nice and soft sound. Very origninal and not like other full on. atleast that is my opionion. Just wanted to know if anyone else has heard it and in that case what u think of it. Putting it here since i cant do a review :P

    hehe i missed it but looking at the party pics it seemed to be a kiddydisco ,, was this soo or ? heard the soundsystem sucked .. but the acts were good, especially chill? but seriously was it a kiddy party?

    hehe yea man my point excaclty, first of all i hadnt taken any , secnodly i wasnt bothering anyone just dancing and beeing happy , so why the fuck start some shit and take me asside and "checkin " me out. But many of the guards at the clubs have serious issues themselfs and want to show how big and bad they are by bothering happy dancing ppl. :angry:

    i dont consider my self a skilled dancer by any means, but when i hear the base and se the strobelite i go nutts..... Gets even worse when i have conssumed some alcohol. god i hope that i dont look like that kid but my firends tell me i am pretty focused and engergetic.

    It has happened several time that club guards have taken me aside and accused me of takin e .. even when i have had 1-2 beers or something. :blink::blink:

    probelby look like an idiot when i"dance", jsut love the music soo much

    well i dont really understand that people get so fooled by this full on shit, i havent been into psy or goa for that long. maybe 2 years or so and i fuckin hate the clone full on SHIT and like the more inventive and GOOD stuff. So are there "kids" just fuckin dumb or have they not been exposed to a large enough diverstity? I buy only the records i like and enjoy and the artisit i feel i want to support , but i admitt i download it first.

    Maybe be the kids get tricked by the Cool Kiilllaahh album covers like Yahels latetst one or they might need to possiblity to be exopsed to more styles of psy or more artistis.

    Not saying that downloading and not buying is ok ,but then the artist who reinvetnt hemselfs will sell records and the clones will go away sense ppl will the possiblitiy to lisiten to everything and buy what they like and want to support.

    Just an idea :D

     

    Btw just listend to Trinitix-Aspeclaria which is full on but with a feeling and emotion behind it. :D

    nice little discussion going here,, i wasnt dead serious when saying its the future of psy but i was more trying to say i freakin love it :D

    Scary though when something loses it sharm and gets commecialtised. REally hope that this "skazification" of the music we love is going to stop.

    Yea all those u mentioned especially Slug ,, the compliation Penguin Rebellion is one of my favorties.. its great. All those acts except Damage as some ppl said. they have nothing special going on.Nice to see i am not alone in my love for South African psy . a visit to SA seems to be VERY high on my to do list now :D.

     

    Recently dicovered Sulima which has a very smilar sound to some of the SA acts .. dont know where Sulima is from but i like it allot.

     

    Keep up the good work and save ous from the Full on model of evil......

    i am crazy about all the stuff coming out of South Africa .. Shift , broken toy ect

    all of it is very good if u compare to the full on that follow the same boring model and baseline. Its inventive and different.... this might just be me over reacting but the question is : will the "south African style" set new bounderies for psy? And perhaps overshadow the typical Full on that is currently beeing created almost at "assembly line speeds" ?

     

    Shifts album Excession is just one stepping stone on this path.. imho

    yea i agree its completely HIS style which i like allot ,, nutts about the South African stuff to. its a great album and its filled iwth power but some of the tracks are abit to .. to preditable. To much of his sound , the same style. But if comparing to the other "crap" full on out there this is gold but still i feel that he could have gone for a few new sounds. The first half of the album is the best though.. 1-5 very gooood album
