Totally agree. 02:03 to 02:57 is one of the best goa/melodies I listened. It's warm, energetic, playful, so acid!! I don't really like the structure of the whole song. I think the break after the first buil-up last too much. Could have been a better transition, but c'mon... It's just my opinion. Anyways, the second part of the song is also very good: energetic and euphoric and has the goa flavor we all love. Man...I feel like in India right now!! ha! Feel like a snake dancing. IMO the best track here along with: "We mean you no harm" and "Tribalistic". Which are good but not that good as the timeless classic "Acid Tester". Before rating the album, I must say that Miranda's creativity it's all around this release. What a great woman! 6/10 Cheers, Chicchan PS: If you like the energertic taste and the crazy but lovely melodies, I recommend Miranda - Phenomena
  2. And by the way, shouldn't this release be under 1996 forum instead of 1997? I mean, it says "Koyote Records 1997", which actually was released by the label on November 1996. Or perhaps I trust too much in discogs.com? ha! I mean, since it's a masterpiece. Perhaps someone could confirm the info. For the love of GOA! Cheers PS: Substance Records also released this one on '97.
  3. Good review Jon, and I agree with you: this masterpiece is a timeless classic. Favorites are 3(!),4,5,6(!),8(!), but there are not bad tracks in this release. It has the goa flavor all over it, yummie! Cheers
