Oh man, how the hell I missed this one?

Thanks for your comments guys, but the track is NOT uplifting. And by the way, I didn't want to sing it. I thought that I was going to sound stupid. But from the other hand I said why not? It's just my voice. Why is the new generation so afraid to talk? People are afraid to hear their own voice! Some of my friends feel more comfortable to write on MSN than talk!

Ok guys I really need your help. I know nothing about this track, no name, artist or whatever. I believe it was released between 95-2000. It was a big hit at that time. But not at the big clubs or anything like that. I am talking about underground parties. First time I listened at it was on a party on Greece by Liatsikas. Anyway, because I don't know how to explain at some point it had a sound like a crow. I know it may look a little stupid but it went like : ta ra ra RA ta ra ra RAM (repeated 4 times) and then taraRA, taraRA, TA rarararam (again 4 times) In the middle of the track there is a big change and the melody is harder and totally different. I hope someone to help and sorry for my stupid post
