April, ab 22:00 Uhr im Wiener WUK überzeugen, wenn die Cosmic Space Disco ihren nächsten Take-Off startet: Sternenregen und Supernova sind nämlich auch praktisch umsetzbar – mit feinstem Psytrance, hypnotischen Visuals und weiteren elektronischen Soundkaskaden! Electric Universe, das deutsche Urgestein der Psyszene, und der britische Newcomer Sonic Species, der kürzlich beim renommierten Label „Alchemy Records“ unterkam, lenken die kosmischen Energieströme auf dem Space Floor. Fritz Fitzke, der wohl bekannteste Visualist Österreichs und Resident-VJ von Kruder & Dorfmeister, sorgt für die psychoaktive Optik. Nicht nur Lt. Uhura und Sternenkrieger Obi-Wan haben genug vom kosmischen Winter mit seinen matschigen Schneestürmen, die selbst im Februar noch unsere Breiten aufsuchen. Um die intergalaktischen Energieströme endlich in Richtung „Frühling“ zu lenken, verwandelt die Cosmic-Crew das Wiener WUK am Samstag, 7. März 2009, in eine psychedelische Blümchenwiese von Outer-Space: Im Rahmen der Cosmic Space Disco wird ab 22:00 Uhr erneut hinterteilchen-beschleunigende Schallwellen unters Partyvolk gebracht und eine Sound- und Visual-Welt mit Teleportationspotenzial kreiert. Auf den beiden Decks in der Burg am Gürtel geben sich dann das erste Mal im Jahr 2009 bekannte nationale und internationale DJs den Beamer in die Hand: Einen hypnotischen Live-Act mit Elektro-Elementen und unerbittlichen Baselines kann man vom britischen Fullon-Spezialisten Rinkadink erwarten, der gemeinsam mit dem Progressive-Trance-Mitbegründer S-Range aus Brasilien den Space-Floor beschallt. Außerdem sind auf diesem Deck die Herren Jensson aus Deutschland, Kajola und 8Zack an den Schalthebeln. Am Disco-Floor sorgen der schwedische Progressive-Newcomer Agent 17, Vienna-Scientist-DJ Marcello, Cosmic-Resident Burt Renold und Konsorten dafür, dass intergalaktische Völkerverständigung auch gelebt wird. Vor zwei Jahren ist das Raumschiff Cosmic erstmals in fremde Galaxien aufgebrochen, um neues Leben und neue Zivilisationen der elektronischen Musik zu erforschen. Am Samstag, 30. Jänner 2009, ab 22:00 Uhr wird dieses Jubiläum im Rahmen einer bombastischen Partynacht im Wiener Planetarium gefeiert. Um diesem Sonderflug der Cosmic Space Disco die gebührende Schubkraft zu verleihen, stehen drei hochkarätig besetzte Decks zur Verfügung. Die kosmische Supernova des Events wird allerdings im fabulösen Kuppelsaal des Planetariums – dem wohl schönsten Chill-out-Floor des Universums – hochgehen: Dort zeigt der französische Chill-out-Act Aes Dana, dass man nicht nur Sterne zum Leuchten bringen kann. Am Space-Floor befindet sich ein weiterer internationaler Top-Live-Act hinter den Turntables: Der Rumäne ATMA gilt als einer der Pioniere des Psytrance in Osteuropa und wird das Event mit einer gehörigen Brise Transsilvanien würzen. Darüber hinaus lässt DJ Gobayashi, der ebenfalls seinen Geburtstag feiert, diese Nacht mit einem Special-Set aus groovigem und hypnotischem Psytrance in den spacigsten Farben erstrahlen. Unterstützung erhält er von den heimischen DJs Materia, Sinus und Progressor. Ein reichhaltiges, garantiert psycho-aktives Programm steht auch im Mittelpunkt des Disco-Floors: Hier versammeln sich Sai, Mosh und Cosmic-Resident Burt Renold, die mit Progressive und Elektro zur intergalaktischen Völkerverständigung beitragen.     Erdlinge, aufgepasst! Nach einer sagenhaften Partynacht im vergangenen Juli, die gar mit einem Eintrag im „Hitchhiker’s Guide“ geehrte wurde, nimmt das Raumschiff Cosmic am Samstag, 30. August 2008, um 22:00 Uhr noch einmal Landeanflug auf den Club Plantarium am Praterstern. Um den Sommerabschluss 2008 gebührend feiern zu können, stehen dem Party-Publikum im Rahmen der Cosmic Summer Breeze neben zwei Indoor-Floors der coolsten Sommer-Location unseres Sonnensystems, wieder ein riesige Garten mit direktem Blick auf das Riesenrad und der Kuppelsaal mit Sternendecke und Chillout-Sound zur Verfügung. Hinter den Turntabels versammeln sich dann einerseits hochkarätige Vertreter der internationalen Szene, wie Funky Dragon aus Serbien mit einem Progressive-Live-Act der Extraklasse oder Newcomer Sinerider aus London. Andererseits bietet die Cosmic Summer Breeze ein reichhaltiges und garantiert psycho-aktives Programm aus den Händen von DJane Gaby (Slowenien) und der heimischen DJs Eargazm, Progressor, Sai und Burt Reynolds. Für multimediale Space-Erlebnisse aus fernen extragalaktischen Sterneninseln, die noch kein Mensch durchschritten hat, sorgen die drei Visualisten „Der lustige Astronaut“, Weg-Erbauer und Mr. Pink.
