  1. Hi all

Some years ago I knew a track called "porn star" or something like that... The track has two a bit different parts. In the first part one can hear a woman (the porn star I guess) moaning (groaning? soughing?), and after this one hears a short guitar interlude, and then the second part of the track...

Sadly I can't seem to find this track anymore, mainly because I have no idea who has created it. Anyone got an idea?

    Thanks a lot

    Josh

  2. Hi all

I'm looking for a track that has part of "An American Prayer" lyrics in it, originally composed by The Doors.

You've seen this entertainment through and through.

You've seen your birth, your life and death,

You might recall all of the rest.

Did you have a good world when you died?

Anyone knows this track? Thanks. :-)

    Josh

  3. I advise you to better get used to the Skazi and full-on jokes that are told here all the time. I prefere to ignore them...

Anyway, where do you exactly come from?

I'm not here very often... so these jokes won't hurt me that much. I'll have to get used to the fact that the psy scene isn't that neat old goa style anymore it once was...

  4. moreover i do not know ppl that like him,

nevertheless he is popular, isn`t he?

And again I do not understand this comment... I think he has some very good tracks, Fire On Ice for example. I don't know anything about him personal, but this is no reason for me to flame on his songs...

Maybe "I wish" is artistical not a good track, but on the dance floor it really rocks if you don't care about the original... I admit that I begin to like the original (and the whole converting vegetarians CD 2) more and more than the remix...

    @ Tatsu:

Thanks for your comment. I really love the psy scene in Switzerland... Hippie Hippie hurray!!! B)

  5. Silicon Sound (France) did 1 album so far (look at psyshop.com to play samples), GREAT record!!!!

  6. Hi there

I really like psy tracks that remix old, non-psy songs, but I don't very many of them... So do you? Here's a list of my favorites:

    - Transdriver - Nutcracker (great elements of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite)

    - 1200 mics - Another Brick in the Wall (Pink Floyd's classic track)

And that's already all I can remember right now... ;)

Thanks for your hints and have a psy time! :)

    Josh

  7. how said: not really possible, but here are some of mine. :)

silicon sound - pure reality (great atmosphere)

    silent sphere - astro

infected mushroom - beauty and the beast (will remind me on great times all my life)

kick bong - incense (totally chilly... light an incense while listening to it!)

transponder - the nutcracker (i love such freaky stuff... includes the nutcracker melody from tchaiskovsky!)

  8. Hi all

I really like to hear good livesets mixed by DJ's on partys, so i don't have to care what's in my playlist for the next hour or so but just can chill to great mixed sound.

I'm searching through the internet to find good livesets for download, but I didn't manage to find many of them yet. Also the bitrates are quite bad sometimes, nobody wants to hear a 56k mp3 over a 5.1 surroundsystem with great speackers! :P

Here are some links where you can download livesets.

http://www.chromanova.de/download.htm (stored on GMX, but no problem with downloading and good speed)

my favorite sets are "DJ Jo-Naz - Psytrance Demo Mix" and "DJ Cassis - 2004".

http://www.screenhoppers.de/kimoto/download.htm (down until a new server was found)

    http://www.psytrance.pl/music.php

and that's all already i can remember!

I'd really appreciate to have some other links added here. :)

    Thank you very much,

    Josh

  9. Hi all.

what do you prefer: the name "goa" or "psytrance"? what do you think is more common allover the world? here in switzerland goa is very common, but i heard that in israel for example goa means mainstream, happy trance and such stuff...

so what do you prefer and what do you understand under these names?

for me, goas are small psytrance partys somewhere in the woods or so, and psytrance is rather big festivals...

thank you for your comments. :)

    greets and stay high,

    Josh
