if you mean a reason synth,click left to the name of the synth in the sequencer,and the remote knob appears.

then press record and.. play!!!

If you mean using another keyboard as a midi controller then you'll need to have a midi input/output to Reason. If you don't have a midi interface this won't be possible. If you do, then set it up in the midi preferences dialogue box.
