Guest Deku81
Ree K - Yammataikoku Artist: Ree K Title: Yammataikoku Label: Psy-Harmonics Date: 1996 Track listing: 01. 08'14" Hi Izuru Tokoro 02. 04'36" Apollo 03. 06'19" Atomic Energy Dragon 04. 06'12" Emeraldas 05. 06'59" Kage 06. 08'20" Deva King 07. 08'33" Sh Maniac 08. 07'00" Yamato 09. 07'20" Apollo (Twisted Rmx) 10. 08'32" Hi Izuru Tokoro (Alien Commune Mix) Review: Once again a lousy release from Psy Harmonics. I don't like this at all. Very boring and no interesting melodies at all. Not stuff for the dancefloor and not stuff for listening at home. I don't really know when you should listen to this, it's just annoying. Soft songs with no stomp. It's all melodies but all the melodies are bad. There are no changes in the songs, they just go on at the same pace all day long. No mindblowing sounds or anything. Only track that sticks out a little bit is track number five, Kage, but that's not a very good track either. Bad release.
Guest yoyogi.com
Ree-K may not be good at producing but she has got skills in spinnin. You gotta check her out in Tokyo if you like dark minimalistic trance parties. Ree-chan saiko!
Guest . . .
This is great. I really like this album. Simple but IMO nice melodies.
Guest phase418[at]hotmail[dot]com
She is a pretty good DJ...a cool Japanese chick who is into melodic - as of lately- stuff. I don't know anything about her own albums tho. I look forward to any of her sets.
Guest kim.ake[at]nic[dot]fi
What? This is one of the best albums I've heard in this style. Absolutely massive creeping relentless nighttime full moon barrage of bulldozer style oldschool goa. I really like clear sharp upper range melodies such as the ones used in all tracks on this album. Utterly hypnotic teleportation sounds!
