Well, i don't think the spirit is lost !!! that promo Cd was just a couple of tracks i made between 2001 - 2005, there was no story, or line to follow. From this point of view, this new album has much more spirit
But it is true, the main style has changed ! The promo cd was more progressive
and funky, and this one is more Full On and deep stuff !!
Anyway, if you are more into this funky proggy direction maybe you should check my new project i am working "Atma & Styx". We will have some releases soon

Asia 2001,California Sunshine,Dimension 5,RA,old Etnica,Oforia,old Astral Projection and many others are considered Goa trance.
What i see in YSE track lists is NOT goa trance man,come on! If YSE released Goa trance at the rate they are releasing full-on,i would be creaming my pants everyday.
Well, i think you make big mistake !!
First of all, this style you talk about it is called "old school" or "old school goa".
I am one of the artists from the compilation, and it is true, my style is not "old school" it is Full On, but it is still "GOA" !!!
In general, when peoples talk about the electronic music styles they talk about techno,electro, house, "goa" or "psychedelic trance"..... they never use terms like: full on , progressive trance, dark........
And second...YSE Rec it's a label more oriented for "worldwide" sellings, i mean, they sell music all over the world in music shops and the peoples who buy this Cd's are not only peoples involved in the psytrance sceen...
So, if somebody from outside of psytrance sceen will ask me what kind of music i make, i will always say "GOA" because if i say "Full On" nobody will understand what i'm talking about...
That's the trick !!!
And thanks to labels like Y.S.E , more peoples have the chance to get in touch and hear about this magical music and culture called "Psytrance" or "Goa Trance" !!!!"

ARTIST PROFILE:
Andrei Oliver Brasovean aka ATMA is original from Transylvania(Romania).
Starting to produce acid-techno and trance music since 1992 he is one
of the pioneers of electronic music in East Europe.
In '95-'96 he started to produce goa trance music and to organise
small parties. In almost 14 years of electronic music production,
Atma played under different project names and different colaborations
like: Atma & R'tur, Ravana, Lunatic Asylum, Raving Minds, Andy Hype,
Atma & Styx...
He had also several releases on different labels: Ov-Silence, Skills Rec,
Roton, Sith Rec, Cytopia, Dreamtime Rec, Headroom Prod.,
Y.S.E \Millennium Rec...
Beside his trance projects, Atma works as a music composer and sound
engineer for commercial bands (house, dance, pop, rock, hip hop..) and
also as a film music producer, theatre & orchestral arrangements.
On the international trance scene he played on festivals & parties
arround Europe near artists like: Eat Static, X-Dream, Bamboo Forest,
Commercial Hippies, BLT, Shiva Chandra, Haldolium, Galactika etc..

Anyway, this is much better than my Promo Cd from 2005. On that promo cd there was some very old tracks (2000-2005) so, the quallity was not so good

well differnt peoples, different tastes !!
I like energetic music, full of passion, clean sounds, light, music that makes me feel like a god, music that makes me get out of the house and sreeam.... and i don't like music that makes me feel depressed, sad, or full of anger and hate !!

Sorry i did'nt had time to upload that FL Studio arhive with samples... as i promised, but i'll do it tomorow.I will try to upload some other tracks too, but unfortunately my upload is limited to only 4kb/s by my net provider, so i will need few hours to do it

Your drums is a killing (in the good way)...
Could you give me some advices how to handle the drums in a professional way?
What is the best HiHat and snares or even Rims to put in a track like this one for example... and in what way best to put them...
Don't want to steal your secrets... but still some advises here and there if you can
And if you can't.. maybe you could give me some good guides if you have any that you know on the net.

Anyway, this is not one of the best tracks from the abum, i asked soome feebacks because i wasn't shure if to put it, or not on the album.
When i work on a song, and i listen it too long i don't realize anymore if it sounds good or not

Well, i never heard about this guy from Austria. And this is strange because i had lots of connections with trance sceen from Austria. I was also booked to play in there.
I am original from Transylvania, and i play under Atma name since 1996. Also my first release under name Atma was in '97. Starting 2001 i played together with R'TUR, an Dj and ambient producer, under the name ATMA & R'TUR. Togheter we released on labels as: Roton, Skills Rec, ov silence rec. and Dreamtime rec.
I'll check on interenet...maybe i will fine more about him !

Well, it's a mistake..the track is "Masters Of the Universe"..and you have to listen to the entired track. There are also lots of chenges in the begining and in the end of the track, and there are also vocal samples, talking about the "Masters of the universe "

This album is the result of 4 years of working in studio, so they wanna keep it "secret"
