To be able to select possible label djs/ambassadors we need to have the following information:

Why do you want to be a Chillosophy label dj?

Are you up for spreading the flyers and poster for our releases?
Write a short story about yourself, what do you do and what do you believe in?
And we also need at least two mix tapes; they should be fairly new and live mixed. You can either upload them on a server in mp3 quality and send the link to us or send them on CDR to:

This is what you get if you’re a Chillosophy dj:
- Info and picture on the Chillosophy website (under djs)
- Access to the internal Chillosophy forum where you can chat and discuss with the Chillosophy crew, the Chillosophy artists and the other Chillosophy djs from around the world.
- All Chillosophy promos around one month before release date.
- All Chillosophy merchandise (tshirts, stickers etc)
This is what we will ask from you:
- You try to promote the label as much as you can.
- Spread the world about Chillosophy on forums.
- You always play as a Chillosophy dj when you have gigs.
- You forward information to Chillosophy that can be useful for the label.
- In case we print flyers and poster you spread them in your local area (music shops, cafes, bars and clubs)

The video from our new single “Hitchhiker’s Choice” on Crosstown Rebels are going crazy on Youtube … 60 000 views in one week witch made it get into the top ten most viewed music videos on all youtube last week. Please have a look at:
The video is made by an extremely multitalented friend of ours called Ljudbilden. Ljudbilden is not only working with animation and video but is also a very interesting musician and producer (worked with us on some tracks on the forthcoming Minilogue album). To honour his work we can offer you a free download of one of his live recordings. He plays in a very interesting way, using different loop boxes … recording, overdubbing and playing on top of the loops with all kinds of instruments. Finally made a new djmix...
As some of you have notised, most of our djmixes are not the typical “psytrance” styled music. Both Sebastian and I (Marcus) like a lot of different styles of music… so we want to show you people all the styles that we like to play and listen to at home or in a club. There’s so much good music out there… almost too much
Last time I (Marcus) made a ambient mix… so I thought I should take up the tempo a notch… not much… It’s a minimal psychedelic house techno mix in a very slow BPM. Hope you like it!

It’s been a while since our last update, but this time we have both loads of information and some gifts.
Our new Son Kite album is slowly getting ready and we found the best home for it; BNE recordings. BNE will also reprint our previous album and make sure that our back catalogue is available digitally.
Our debut album with Minilogue – Animals will be released on Cocoon recordings last week in April, both on vinyl and double CD (one dance & one ambient/electronica).
Another big news for Minilogue is that our video of Hitchhiker’s Choice, made by Kristofer Strom have been nominated at Webby Awards in the "online film & video" category, and it would most definitely be an honour if you'd vote for us, if you like the video that is!
The process is quite stupid so here goes...

End of May we will release another album; IMPS – Bring out the IMPS (Mule Electronics). This project is a collaboration we have with our dear friends Ian & Philip from Decoy. The album was made last year during two weeks full of improvisation, laughter and impsness in the High-Hat studio.
