This is the third track off of the Spirit section of Goa Gil's Live in Goa mixes that were released back in 2000.
The come-up kind of reminds me of Infected Mushroom, but I can't be sure. It has a sample that sounds like it might be some sort of interview or something, climaxing with the subject asking "Is this part of the test?".
This song is one of my favorite ones off of these mixes, so if anyone has any ideas or theories as to who did it I would appreciate the input.
