  1. That is some nice stuff. i can hear vanquish music, typical jap. i think it has this distinct sound. wish i lived in the japs mindset I used to listen to goa very long ago. Its been so long i almost forgot how it sounded, but think i used to listen to some goa from a group called "Juno reactor" reason i decided to listen to them was because of the name, since the best game ive ever played was Final Fantasy 7, and juno reactor is something in that game hehe
  2. Havent heard that but that is some of the types i preffer:D I can show you my "artist" here, hes the producer of well known psytrance tracks for the "Tekken" series (fighting game) last one being my fav. Might sound a tad more like trance, but i definitely belive its more psy'ish "Akitaka Tohyama" tekken 6: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9OkNREkcFbM Tekken Tag 2: And here is some production from hes youtube channel:
  3. Thanks for the reply and the feedback. i would really enjoy doing psytrance but i might want to do a more dark type like the last part. Honestly my style is quite inspired by the Jap-psy around the internet. I have some hard time finding their music but i know the japanese producers do a very simular style. Its one of my favs they feel very "full" and rythmic. At the moment im working on 2 more tracks but its trance and electro. Maybe next project could be another psy project. Thanks for checking my soundcould, really appreciate:) lets see if i can get more feedback.
  4. So im not a Psytrance producer or anything, but have been producing music for quite a while. Started with EJAY when i was a kid and moved on to FL studio 8 years ago. I got absolutely no help, and shared this hobby with no one, so my learning curve has been very low but its been alot of fun. Doing a ton of gernes ive indeed been ejoying Psytrance. First psytrance track i made in 2011, then i finished my second now in 2014. its a 8 min long track, pretty variated. Its build up with some oldskool "arps" inspired by Dark and industrial types of psytrance. It starts melodic and builds up to different stages where the last stage is alot darker. 5. Hello all friends. Peace and balance to everyone. I always liked psytrance, but these last years i got a completly new understanding for it. Wow, it is literally lifechanging. Anyway, how i got in to this was from videogames that contained trance music back in the mid 90's. I remember games like wipeout etc, and it looks like the 90's indeed was the golden age for videogames. There was always some trancy sounds and games were so trippy.. whatever game it was. I played this game called Killer Loop which have these very unique beats. can anybody identify this gerne? is anyone in to this music in the modern day and have any artists to reccomend? It sounds a bit progressive maybe. Back in time i became so in love with sounds and music that i developen a musical intrested, very very strong. and since then ive been producing all kinds of music. heres some darker music i produced a few years ago if anyone likes:
  6. Thank you both, fast feedback, very nice:) yeah, the ''Death wish'' was actually going to be a hardstyle track, but i changed my mind because i had some problems getting the bass right for it. I think i will keep using Gliding saw samples as melodies and i agree the DIE thing, i didnt think that far that i could remove it after listening to the same track in two different styles:) So adding more atmos, and working on more complex parts will do it? i also LOVE producing in 3/4 and it gives a dark and sick feeling. I also like to produce in 150Bpm. Is the tempo and 3/4 that makes it gothic? sorry i didnt know there was something called that i would like to continiue producing this music without changing to much with the style. So more information on how to FILL a track was much appreciated. I want more Have a nice day.
  7. Hello all psy'ers. I feel that im a part of this now. Started listening to psy a while ago and im very much into the darker styles like Dark Soho (my Fav). Im very intrested in music that have melodies wich fits the theme. I always been working on melodies and have got alot creds for that. Ive been producing for 5-6 years now, and thats mostly commercial trance, and hardstyle. I always kept my style unique and hoping that others wont copy it. Ive got offer to get signed but i said nothnx. After those years i got very very tired of commercial trance, and wanted to try something new. As i tried some substances i got more and more into this music and decided it was time to produce something new and call it ''Mindshift'' Producers in the Commercial trance / HardDance Scene didnt like it at all. I dont know where i ended up, but i tried to blend the elements of commercial and psy and most important of all, to add melodies meant to tell very much about the track. If someone could help me placing this music in a ''subgerne'' that would be nice, because i dont know what i have created hehe Im known as B-laze and Keneso and heres my new project ''Mindshift'' I will be happy for some reviews, but im not changing my style as i enjoy very much what ive done so far. I hope this is a nice community. Im sure i meet more ''grownup'' people in the psyworld. heres a youtube video: Mindshift - The Death Wish I also just finished another track but i havent mastered it 100% yet.
